The William Vale arvostelua

This is the worst hotel I have ever lived, because they are thieves. After I checked out on March 20th with everything paid, they charged me another 203.63USD to my credit card saying I had a dinner at their restaurant on March 21st. I remember that night I was laying in my bed at Las Vegas hotel, receiving a charging SMS from a NYC hotel. Clearly this is wrong. I asked my bill for my stay, found out they did charge to my credit after I have checked out. The thing is I am not only leaving the hotel and I was leaving NYC, there is no way I showed up the second day at their hotel. Then I showed the proof to them, they later told my travel agent they did charge the wrong person, but later they say they need to more check on the facts. Till today, I haven’t got my money back. I have sent two more emails to them, but on one respond. I have lost my money because of their stupidity for 20 days. I had my patience and tolerance for them, but they ruined it completely. For me, they are equal to thieves. They don’t take this problem. My example is a truly warning for everyone. Stay away from this hotel. 携程在解决这件事上就很废，就是一个简单传话筒，他们合作的国外代理也十分不牢靠。

Very nice view. Price is competitive. A bit small but ok for 1 person. Would come again.

首次體驗紐約這家酒店，令我感到很失望。價格和入住環境，完全不符！我住了兩晚，入住第一晚夜裡，就已經和攜程平台取得聯繫想退掉第二晚的預訂，攜程為我的訴求和酒店申請，卻遭到酒店拒絕。酒店房間特別小，比不上國內的快捷酒店空間，硬件軟件相當簡陋，淋浴間放水堵塞，水位滿過腳踝，非常無語。床也很低，小，卧室空間狹小，硬件嚴重吐槽空調，半夜噪音非常大，像挖掘機的聲音，導致第二天精氣神不佳，耽誤行程！上午室外噪音大，夜裡空調噪音大。酒店整體環境都很一般，照騙！價格虛高！

硬件條件一般，衞生也一般性。前台人不多，有時候很忙，需要排隊等。

位置很好，健身房24小時，裏面有水果和水，冰毛巾。前台一直很熱情。陽台風景也很不錯，洗護都是辣蘿蔔，很好。

房間不大，但是陽台巨大，還有躺椅桌子可以躺着發呆看夜景或日出，非常美。早餐需要零點，樓下有餐廳，美食快餐吧。床很舒服，衞生不錯。

The location is very convenient and the balcony view is just fabulous

My girlfriend and I stayed in a large king suite complete with balcony and stunning view of NYC over the East River. We had an excellent room service breakfast the following morning. Would def recommend and return again one day!

My son and I had the most incredible experience! I would recommend the William Vale to all my friends and family. The balcony views at sunset in the summer are absolutely stunning. The hotel itself offers many thoughtful amenities including a welcome message with your name on the television upon arrival. I honestly only have one small complaint and that was the cleaning service. We called about having the room cleaned and actually spoke with the individual who said she would come back at the time we requested but she never returned. Other than that one little hiccup everything went smoothly from the time we pulled up to valet to unload our luggage. There is NO better hotel to stay in Williamsburg aside from the William Vale.

I like the property from the lobby to the room to the incredible view of the the city. I will definitely be coming back!
