The Hotel at Times Square, a newly renovated boutique hotel, is located on 46th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, near Rockefeller Center, Times Square, the theater district, the Museum of Modern Art, Grand Central Station, and Fifth Avenue shopping. The hotel offers a variety of thoughtful amenities and services including free Wireless Internet, complimentary continental breakfast, flat-screen TVs, and free calls within the U. S. , free daily USA Today newspapers, in-room personal safes, laundry and valet services, and reduced-rate parking. All rooms are equipped with an iron, ironing board, coffee and coffee maker, hairdryer, cordless speakerphone with voicemail, as well as cable TV, Movies on Demand and Nintendo video games. Larger rooms are available for families or business meetings. The Upstairs Tapas Bar features draft specials every night of the week and is located on the 2nd floor of The Hotel at Times Square. Occupancy tax 3,5 USD per room/night direct payment at the hotel. * Bookings from 5 rooms are considered as a group. The hotel will send new conditions.

It was a perfect hotel for me .I was supposed to be at hotel at time square but they move me in Manhattan at time square and I enjoyed it because everything is nearby . I Iove it . Definitely will come back here . The only thing is not good is you can hear the people on next room .

I was looking for a 2 queen room for a work/leisure 6 night visit to NYC. This hotel had the best price for this type of room. I was a little concerned because it's not a name brand, and some of the reviews were scary. Our experience was great. The building is not new, so there are signs of wear in the bathroom, etc. The flooring on our floor had been recently updated. Our beds and bathroom were spotless. There was space to move around, and decent storage. There was a micro/mini fridge in room. (no coffee). Coffee was offered in lobby, but machine broke 2 days in. Lobby had a nice fireplace. Exercise room looked fine (I didn't use it). We could occasionally hear our neighbors, and tried to be quiet in our room ourselves as a result. Some of these things are just the way it is in Manhattan. THIS LOCATION is very convenient. 3 minute walk to the b-d-f-m subway line. Easy walk to Times Square, Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center. Starbucks next door, other delicious coffee and food options nearby. Mattresses were a little worn and lumpy. Overall great place for what we paid because of safety, cleanliness, and location.

Inizio col dire che se avessi potuto avrei messo un voto più basso. Io e mio marito abbiamo deciso di festeggiare il capodanno a New York e la nostra agenzia di viaggi ci ha trovato quest'hotel che si trova dietro Times Square. Non guardate le loro foto su internet perché non rappresentano la realtà. Purtroppo si tratta di un hotel rimasto agli anni 80, molto trascurato, consumato e sporchissimo. Appena ci siamo ritrovati in camera avremmo voluto scappare: la stanza piccolissima, lampade rotte , lenzuola sporche, cerotti senza senso sotto il soffitto, polvere sui comodini, peli/capelli sulle asciugamani del bagno e dispenser del sapone totalmente vuoti. Noi siamo rimasti sconvolti ed amareggiati. Abbiamo provato a parlare con il personale alla reception ma sono stati anche piuttosto scortesi , abbiamo dovuto chiedere più giorni di pulizia ed ogni volta lenzuola+asciugamani ci venivano consegnati sporchi. Comunque, siamo subito andati a comprare saponi ed igenizzanti e ci siamo ripromessi che avremmo scritto questa recensione per aprire gli occhi alle persone. Dovrebbero ricominciare da zero.

excelente hotel, la atencion, el desayuno, ubicacion perfecta. estas cerca de todo y es muy tranquilo. El desayuno no es variado pero esta bien. Tenes cafe o te gratuito en la entrada para entrar en calor. Posee una terraza con buenas vistas.

Horrible service, parking is 4 blocks away, rude staff, rooms are tiny , loud and need to be updated badly. Elevators are VERYYYYY slow! pick a different hotel! Got charged a cleaning fee for leaving newspapers in the bathroom ...

They have great customer service. The receptionist Mo was very patient and polite. He resolved my issue right away and my time at the front desk was quick; he had me in and out. Will definitely book again! 10/10

It is terrible and very disrespectful. I had my reservation done more than a month in advance, then, the hotel canceled it less than 24h before my arrival. So, I did NOT stay there, because they canceled my stay, BUT they charged me the full price. It has been over 7 months, and they have never given me the money back. This is a headache. Very disappointing and disrespectful.
