As instalações são um pouco antigas, mas são confortáveis. Ótima localização, só tivemos dois problemas: Um com o sensor de CO2 que ficou disparando de madrugada sem motivo, e tivemos que chamar um funcionário para arrumar. E o outro com a água do chuveiro, que realmente não esquenta.

The beddings were not clean, the duvet did not have a proper cover. The receptionist was not friendly at all. Lift was super small for large luggages. Carpet is really old. Usual shampoos and conditioners, and kettle, you have to ask for or more of. The only upside was the location and some assistance given by the doorman in carrying our luggages over the entrance stairs.

I always enjoy this hotel, stay there because I can walk to the opera.

Lo mejor del hotel es: 1) la ubicación en pleno Midtown Manhattan, cerca de todo y relativamente lejos del ruido de Times Square (10/10), y 2) el tamaño de las habitaciones, que pueden tener la superficie de un departamento. Lo peor es: 1) la falta de mantenimiento, ya que es un hotel antiguo que conserva casi en su totalidad las instalaciones originales y esto hace que algunas cosas se vean deterioradas o no funcionen del todo bien, y 2) el servicio, ya que no se destacan por su amabilidad ni tampoco son muy atentos al detalle, por ejemplo al hacer el housekeeping a veces no reponen el jabón o el shampoo. Si mejoraran estos dos aspectos (mantenimiento y servicio), sería sin dudas una de las mejores opciones para alojarse en NYC.

Très bon emplacement on peut aller jusqu'à Time Square à pied en 30 mins. Beaucoup d'arrêt de métro à côté. Malheureusement la chambre n'était pas très propre, beaucoup de traces d'excréments sur les toilettes..

垃圾垃圾垃圾……重點説三遍，沒看評論種下的苦果，衞生差，環境差，服務差，第一天進去就想退，也不同意退，完全不如青年旅社還2800一晚真的是中邪了才定這個酒店，誰去誰後悔！！！！！
