Worst hotel experience ever. First of all my experience was horrible. The room had dirty sheets and the doors was filthy. Also you have to share a bathroom and shower with other guest. Disgusting. I try to cancel the reservation and they didn’t cancel and I had to pay the night because of their cancellations restrictions. Over all the street made me uncomfortable because there was a lot of men around looking around on the vehicles outside I didn’t feel save. Also you need to complete a form to get in the hotel. The hotel looked like a motel. Also the rooms where to close from each other that I could hear what was happening on the other room. Worst hotel I been into. At the end I leave the building and feel disgusted and angry because I had no money return and I didn’t stay.

Worst service and no response from the management.I have booked myself other places.

Money freak, Do not have a bathroom inside the room. And location is not listed perfectly

The room was nice. Two bathrooms on our floor that are shared. My only problem with the place is it’s not well marked. I didn’t receive info on it until I called the number. The guy then sent me a link to fill out before he would send me any info. I was filling this out in the sidewalk outside the door. The only way I found it was ppl on the street seeing I looked lost with my suitcase and giving me directions. Once I filled it out I had to call again and he sent me a text with how to get inside. I’ve stayed at hostels before and the check in was a lot easier. This is located in the Bronx about a 5 min walk to the subway which was about a 45 min trip to down town. The room was very nice so no complaints there but I don’t think I would stay again.

Cozy room in mint condition. Clean bathrooms and shower room as well
