No “I’m sorry to hear about your experience.” because your hotel suck. Your room wall paints are falling apart, slow walking coaches sun-bathing all the room you guys gave me.
Do tell me “We understand your frustration.”, you guys do not answer phone or reply mails , you just awful.
No “Thank you for bringing this to our attention.”
because you guys should change your name to do notting to change the situation hostel.
No “I apologize for the inconvenience.”, because you dont mean it
Yes, No “We regret that you had this experience.”, just refund all my money in full and i might forgive you for wasting my time
