JG Time Hotel by JGSTAY, Times Square

No window in room!! This is illegal in New York--all hotel bedrooms must have a window providing natural light and a way outside in case of fire. When I requested a room with a window they said none were available. I tried to get a refund so I could go somewhere else--desk guy said windows weren't required, which is a flat-out lie. I called *******, since I made the booking through them, and they were useless--said refunds were up to the hotel, even though I paid *******. It is a Fire Trap! In smaller issues, there was no tv service in the whole hotel, signs up everywhere saying it would be fixed ASAP--for the 3 days I was there. No water glass in the room or bathroom, not even a paper cup. No hot water at the sink, only the shower. All in all, a park bench would be safer and have a better view.
