The staffs were very unhelpful and unfriendly; they had an attitude and were reluctant to answer questions with displaying negative body language.

When we get in , they took 150$ as a deposit and tell us we gonna have money back in 2-3 days , still waiting, I tried call the manager, no unswerving (

It is such a good location to help our short trip to New York! The check in check out process was easy and the price is really reasonable. It's close to everything and the breakfast was delicious. It has countless shops and restaurants, also close to multiple subway and bus stops. The room is small but has everything. It is really clean and has everything you need (e.g. shampoo, conditioner, lotions, hair dryer etc). Highly recommend for budget travellers. If you have kids who need space then this is not for you. The aircon is a bit noisy and the next door tenant had a alarm set that also wakes me up. They do have earplugs for you though.

酒店很乾凈，麻雀最小五臟俱全。地段非常好，下樓就是時代廣場。訂之前看到有人説很吵，但是我們玩的很累而且給的房間是22樓，沒聽到吵。
