Ocean Eleven Suites

For a remotely operated facility, check-in was easy. Starr was kind to us and things were clean. The bathrooms are small and the master bed and couch uncomfortable. The A/C's can be noisy at times. Lower bunkbed was larger than expected. Nice there was an outside shower/footwash/clothesline when walking back from the beachside of the street. Shopping & restaurants were an easy drive.

Terrible service. I was suppose to stay there recently and had a death in the family and could no longer make it. I called and asked for a refund and the lady I was in contact with, Star, told me she would work with me and help me get a refund. For a week straight she had me calling her back every day telling me she was going to talk to higher up management and if the room was rerented she would offer me a refund “happily.” On every booking website the room said it was unavailable, meaning it was booked for the dates I was suppose to stay. When I asked about that she proceeded to lie to me and tell me I was wrong and begins to yell at me. When I ask if there is anyone else I can speak to about this situation she flat out tells me no and refuses to give me any contact information. Terrible service and terrible way to treat someone who was nice and wanting to work with them. After reading Google reviews it seems like the place isn’t very clean anyway. So glad we won’t be staying here. Shame on the owners for only caring about money and lying to their guests.

We travelled from the U.K. and based ourselves here to visit Kenneth Space Centre and the beaches nearby. On arrival, we found the accommodation to be comfortable enough however the air conditioning was very noisy and the wifi unreliable. Service was excellent but unable to fix the noise problem during our stay. We left a night early and wouldn’t return. It is overpriced for what is. Great location though.

We stayed here for 3 nights for the Rolex 24 Hour Race. We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was perfect; absolutely clean, all the amenities we needed and an easy drive to Daytona Speedway. There are excellent restaurants within a mile of the property. Jeremy was very helpful and a very good source for recommendations on restaurants and other activities. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to be back at Ocean Eleven Suites for the 2025 Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona. BTW, the beach is right across the street from the motel. Totally awesome.

Great location and the unit was very clean. It is clear that the facility is an old motel that has been renovated. However, they did do a good job so was worth the price charged during Spring break. The two bedroom suite has a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen! The bathroom and bedrooms are very small with queen beds but they are comfortable? Only piece of furniture that was not up to standard was the pull out sofa. Would stay again if going back to NSB.
