This disgusting unit should be taken out of service until it’s gutted to the studs and remodeled. We arrived to find the batteries dead in the door lock. No way to get in. Management didn’t respond. No staff on site. Looked up and saw there was a key hanging in the upper corner of the door frame. Anyone could have come into the room since there was an unsecured key on the door frame to the room . No shampoo, soap, paper towels. Almost no dishes. 3 drinking glasses, no dishwasher. Refrigerator with doors swinging the wrong way. The fact that there was no encasement on the mattress was shocking. That’s basic rental 101. Worst place I’ve ever been in

They refunded me 1 nights payment for ALL of the issues we had Zero toiletries, front door lock did work, 1/2 roll of TP no paper towels sand in sheets on one bed. Called 3 different times for help and they kept saying they were waiting for Housekeeping to call back Housekeeping finally came late afternoon of 2 bd day only after owner called

This place needs a good cleaner ! So dissatisfied with the price. Gross ! Worst place I’ve stayed in florida - not cleaned properly - the beds were not changed someone else’s eye makeup all over the pillow cases and stains on sheets - the shower had someone elses hairs in it and not from their head that we ended up cleaning ourselves ! We seen the cleaners roll in - in a pickup truck with the supposedly clean sheets and towels in back and leave outside ??? We asked for new sheets and then seen the stains on mattresses and pillows … which was almost worse than the dirty sheets … nothing in area to do really … no one cleans the pool area or garbages - so gross . Old cheetos in couches … gross kitchen . Best part was the new toilet lol. The front window was broken and duct taped which was unsafe feeling for 2 women alone - also dusty … the room we were in was 212 - you can lean on the window currently and pop out. The walls had not been cleaned , kitchen light falling down … a fake eyelash at pool area for 4 days straight. No front desk. The old front desk area smells like an outhouse maybe … the room smelled very fishy smelling … over flowing garbage in pool areas … just not a good safe place at all … falling apart needs a good clean properly and care every day lol … whoever maintains this is a con artist !

We checked in, and left immediately after to find another hotel! We knew this was not a new property, but we expected it to be clean. They offered to send the maid back over, but did not apologize and insisted that it had a "clean room report" before check-in. We did not stay, and WILL NEVER stay in this awful place. Our kids were PISSED when they first saw this and thought they would have to stay here.

Well, the location is great. I found out this place got hit by the hurricane, very sad. That being said, maybe owners should not rent out the unit if it is not fully repaired. I am staying in unit 116, and it looks nothing like the photos. Very old beat up couch, which was supposed to be a sleeper sofa, floors obviously where replaced but there are chunks of grout all over. The bathroom is a mess, maybe they ate still working on it. No pictures on the walls. Only a beat up old couch, huge tv and coffee table in the living room. I am having to share the bed with my friend. At least the bed is super comfy. I am really disappointed after paying almost $600 for three nights. The property manager is super helpful and the poor girl who cleans the units has no help. I will not be back or recommend this place. Owners said they had not updated photos on the web site. They need to do that. I feel very duped.

Where do I begin… We did not have a key to access any of the gates that lead to the outside or to the beach until the middle of our 2nd day. The entry way was a very small “lobby” with no check-in desk. This lead straight into the pool area so you had to wheel your luggage by the pool and up two or three sets of stairs. We ended up throwing our luggage over the fence since the gates were locked and it was closer to our room than to walk through the lobby. The bedroom and bathroom had no a/c as well as the doors would not fully shut and would get stuck when trying to open. Our window was cracked but was duct taped as a solution. Our toilet had some issues, and we contacted our tenant in which she sent somebody up to “fix” it, however it was never fully fixed. None of the lights in our hallway worked at night and there was no elevators. The pool light was floating next to us with the electrical cords exposed. There was no management on-site and was sometimes difficult to get in contact with. Our power went out twice, one time being for 5 hours. Half the buttons on our tv remote worked, there was no sink drain plug to wash dishes, and there was no oven pan, which were all very minor but still an inconvenience. We went for my mothers yearly birthday trip and this was our first time to NSB. We were very disappointed and still tried to celebrate outside of the room.

Very nice place but some creep was caught (by multiple people) taking pictures of my friend and I laying out by the pool. Other than that it was a great stay. Booked last minute for Fourth of July and was fairly cheap. Nice pool and right on the beach. Plenty of parking.

Clearly this room should not have been rented. AC broken and portable unit did not adequately cool it. I tried putting the box fan in doorway to bedroom to help. Heat intolerable even at night. I took sheets off the bed and slept on the couch. Husband slept in the chair. No onsite mgmt. Text only. Mold in shower faucet. Unusual closet...don't know what was stored in the drawers but you certainly couldn't hang your clothes. I tried contacting them but have received no response.

Very disappointing! Worse place we have ever stayed at. Horrible musty smell in united. Floor tiles are all loss, united doesn’t look clean. Not enough chairs for a family of five. Pictures have been total touched up. Bedroom door doesn’t close. Dry blood on curtains. Thank god we are only staying three days.
