Best Western New Smyrna Beach Hotel Suites

Nice room and location but front desk service is not good. People in front desk look not happy and not able to help

Very clean easy access to the pool and beach view was spectacular my only issue is the mattress’s I still give it a five star

Very musty odor throughout the suite. Had to purchase a plug-in and candle to mask the odor. The front door was extremely difficult to open.

carpet tack nails... sore feet! I asked maintenance to come up and he fixed half (about 20-30) of them. The young gal at the front desk was rude and overwhelmed, being the only person there. Great Beach location.

This is a bit of a long review, but for a good reason. Last month I booked a three night non-refundable stay at this hotel for my wife's birthday. It turned out she could not make it due to work, and I called the main Best Western number to check out some options. The wonderful customer service agent was able to speak to the hotel and found me two weekend days in July that would work without an additional charge. The day before we were planning on staying I logged into the account and notice there was fairly large up-charge on the stay. I called the main number again and they said they would try to help but no promises were made. They said they would expedite things and resolve it by the end of the day. I never heard back and kind of gave up. We got to the hotel and I explained things a bit, but without any expectations. The next day we came back from dinner and needed an extra blanket, and we were approached by a gentleman who worked there. He knew of our situation, took care of everything, and we were only charged the original amount from the original booking. This was great service, and it was very much appreciated. I will say that I was upbeat and positive throughout this whole transaction, and never was negative or complained in any way. Good work Best Western NSB! Oh, the hotel is well kept too, which is a difficult task being right on the ocean. Great A/C in the rooms too, and lots of great space with a nice balcony!

Cute, no frills hotel with amazing views, spacious rooms & great, kind staff. It might not be the newest or updated place, but we found it perfect for the casual laid-back vacation we were looking for with our family of 4! We had a 2-bedroom suite & it was so much space - ideal for 2 adults & two teens. Beach & pool both easy to access & the staff couldn't have been nicer!!!! We're already planning a trip back to NSB and will very likely stay here again!
