THANK YOU FOR VISITING OUR CONDO SITE We have happy guests that come back year after year. Our ocean front pool (heated in winter) is sparkling and deep. (It also has a kiddie pool for little guests). Orlando and the theme parks are 1.5 hours away. Everything is provided including a fully equipped kitchen plus boogie boards, beach chairs, puzzles and toys. All that our guest's need to bring is their clothes, toiletries and food. I have furnished the unit so that it is comfortable and restful, yet a resort-like atmosphere. Sleep on a King Pemu Pedic mattress,,watch a new flat screen t.v in bed room,. hair dryer, glass top stove, disposal, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer and lounge chairs. HD television, washer and dryer (in the unit) and new tile floors. All that our guest's need to bring is their clothes, toiletries and food. I almost forgot the view is remarkable. Only a corner unit with no building alongside and two sets of glass doors can achieve this dynamic ocean view, enabling you to see the beach and the surf for a long way from the kitchen and living room (bedroom too). A comfy king-sized bed in the Master bedroom with windows overlooking the surf! (that is if you are standing or sitting up) * Fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to try new recipes or simply order take-out. *The complex has a luxurious pool (seasonally heated) plus a kiddie pool . A beautiful shaded patio area right at the edge of the pool, surrounded by beautiful landscaping. *This unit is complete with all the beach toys you'll need including a cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, skim boards and boogie boards! *Unit also has internet, 32' flat screen TV in the living room and DVD player, queen-size pull out couch and washer and dryer INSIDE the unit. Ample comfortable seating room is provided for up to 12 guests. ABOUT THE CONDO AND SURROUNDING AREA: Our complex 'OCEAN REEF VILLAS' is small and very friendly with just 48 units. Our on-site manager, Janet, is always willing to help. A shady area near the pool is for those who want to sit and watch the waves. A shuffleboard and tennis court are also available . Our pool is heated in winter and a kiddie pool for the little ones. They both overlook the ocean, There is a clubhouse as well. We are within walking distance to drug stores supermarkets, restaurants, etc. New Smyrna Beach is the nicest city in Florida with so much to explore and see. It is quaint, quiet, and the old town businesses and shops are exciting to visit. Golf clubs are everywhere. Bike and kayak rentals also available . Nationally recognized restaurants close by, and cannot forget,the great fishing in the ocean and river. Daytona beach is a just short drive away with lots of excitement,if you want it. Canaveral National Sea Shore (to the south) has trails and pristine beaches, and butts up to cape Kennedy. Straight out Atlantic ave.( route A.1.) Orlando, (Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, etc.), St. Augustine, and Cape Canaveral are all with in a 1.5 to 2 hours drive. DIRECTIONS TO OCEAN REEF VILLAS: From the North: Take 1-95 South to New Smyrna Beach. Exit Route 44 (right). Go East on 44 (changes it’s name to 3rd) Keep going straight East to Atlantic Ave. (You will see the Holiday Inn ahead). Follow the road and as you veer to the right, move into left lane. Prepare to turn left into O.R.V. parking lot. The Holiday Inn is 2 buildings before the complex. From the South: Take1-95 North to N.S.B. Exit State Rd. 44. Exit at New Smyrna Beach - same as above.
