Sincerely, Marnie Your host ~OTHER THINGS TO NOTE~ » Please observe quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM » No pets allowed » Parties and events are prohibited » Commercial photography is allowed w/ approval from host » No smoking is permitted » Please do not flush anything that might clog the toilets » Please turn off lights and appliances when not in use » Maximum occupancy is 4 » We use enhanced cleaning practices, including hypochlorous acid for thorough disinfection of high-touch surfaces » Lost key charge of $75 if a locksmith needs to be called ~GUEST ACCESS~ Before your arrival, the host will meet and greet you at the home to give you the key. If the host is unavailable prior arrangements will be made for key collection. Guests will have access to the entire guest house and the surrounding land. ~GETTING AROUND~ Navigating the nearby area is relatively straightforward. With the house just 2 minutes away from Downtown New Paltz, you will find that most amenities and attractions are within a short drive. We recommend bringing or renting a car for the greatest flexibility, although taxis and ridesharing services are also available. ~THE NEIGHBORHOOD~ The area is known for its beautiful natural surroundings, including the nearby Shawangunk Ridge, which offers hiking, rock climbing, and stunning views. Just a short drive away, the village of New Paltz has a vibrant downtown with a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes. It’s a great spot to explore local culture and enjoy farm-to-table dining. New Paltz is also home to sites like Waterstreet Market and the Huguenot Street Historic District which showcases early American architecture and history.
