Located in the Uptown/Garden District of New Orleans, only 3 blocks from St. Charles Avenue, this historic bed and breakfast was built in 1892 by the owner of Jackson Brewery and offers ornamental woodwork, beautiful antiques, and thoughtful services.
All guest rooms at the Maison Perrier feature air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. Guests can appreciate private bathrooms with free toiletries. Some rooms offer a spa bath.
An expansive, free breakfast is served every morning. Hot, scratch-made mini-quiches, which will change daily, and home-baked pastries that range from delicious scones, to sweet breads or breakfast cakes, to traditional almond or chocolate croissants, to various homemade muffins are served daily, along with three to four types of fresh fruit, yogurts, granola (gluten-free upon request), whole-grain toast, breakfast bars, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, tea, and orange juice. Guests may choose room delivery or service in the dining room of the inn. Complimentary fresh-baked cookies, brownies, or cake are available to enjoy at any time, as well as a free selection of teas. Guests are also welcome to help themselves to bottled waters, four different flavors of sparkling waters, and three or four different types of soda from our Honor Bar at any time.
Magazine Street is within a 5-minute walk of Maison Perrier Bed & Breakfast, while Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is within a 30-minute drive.

Better than any hotel experience! Accommodations were cozy and very comfortable! And the hosts were great! Close to a lot of great cuisine. Easy parking and safe! Breakfast was the perfect start to the day. Thank you for the great 2 night stay! We’ll be back!

This is a great place to stay if you want to visit New Orleans!! It is in a great location, close to food, music and the streetcar!! Tom is very knowledgeable about the area, super duper accommodating, and has a great, super thoughtful staff that makes you feel right at home!! Morning breakfast was homemade and hit the spot! Again, another way that Tom and his staff made us feel at home. Neighborhood was also very nice, walking home at 3 or 4 am was no problem at all!!! We felt very safe. We would recommend this over any hotel in the area!!! Jeff and Kristinp

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und waren uns eine große Hilfe bei Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Music Clubs. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Zimmergröße in Ordnung. Bzgl. A/C versuchen die Gastgeber auch Rücksicht auf Europäer zu nehmen. (Es wird dann nach Möglichkeit nicht auf 17°C runtergekühlt.) Dennoch ist die A/C nachts ziemlich laut. Aber ohne ginge es gar nicht. Die Gegend rund um das B&B ist sehr schön und macht einen sehr sicheren Eindruck. Wir waren auch abends zu Fuß unterwegs. Es gibt fußläufig sehr nette Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Das angebotene Frühstück war sehr in Ordnung.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Maison Perrier. The location was convenient for walking to the Garden District and some places on Magazine Street. It was also convenient for catching the streetcar to the French Quarter. We felt safe walking in the area. We had no issues with parking our rental car. Most of the time, we were able to park in the driveway; however, there was ample street parking. The included breakfast was good. We especially enjoyed the mini quiches. We stayed in the Lillian room. It was huge! The bed was comfortable, though rather squeaky. The large bathroom has a whirlpool tub, 2 sinks and a big shower. Conditioning shampoo and bar soap were provided. The towels were great! The bed and breakfast was clean. The staff was friendly. We would not hesitate to stay again if in the area.

Excellent location, wonderful hosts, great breakfast! Located close to the trolley for inexpensive and easy travel from the B&B to the French Quarter or to Tulane and Loyola and every point in between. Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops on St Charles and Magazine Streets. Our room was very nice with a super cool window that allowed access to a peaceful balcony. Met many other guests at breakfast and were able to share tour information and points of interest to visit while in town. Tom and Patricia and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying there and will stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

Maison Perrier is a great B & B. Every aspect is first class. It’s in a great location and close to several great restaurants. The hosts, Tom and Patricia are incredibly helpful and friendly. I would stay there again without hesitation. You won’t be disappointed.

We could not have had a better stay in New Orleans. Tom and Patricia were outstanding hosts - great communication before and during the visit, and extremely friendly and helpful. The b&b has all the old charm that makes NOLA such a great place to visit. And it's an excellent location in the city but away from the madness of the French Quarter. We would definitely stay here again.

We recently spent three nights at this Wonderful bed and breakfast in the Garden District. Two blocks from the streetcar line and a short walk to Magazine Street. The room was so nice and the bed was ridiculously comfy. Though there were other guests, it was really quiet. Good breakfast of mini-quiche and pastries to get each day started. There is also a very nice sitting area with books and games. We felt very safe walking in the neighborhood. And that’s a great walk because it is surrounded by the gorgeous and historic homes in the area. In fact this inn is on the historic register as well!! It’s a short distance to the French Quarter but worlds away. Well worth a stay on your next visit.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet établissement, chambre Pearl et je dois dire que tout était parfait Patricia et Tom sont des hôtes qui incarnent vraiment l'esprit Bed and Breakfast ; accueillants, charmants, attentionnés. Le principe de commander à l'avance la composition et l'heure du breakfast est top : vous avez tout ce que vous voulez, quand vous voulez et rien n'est gaspillé ; préparé avec attention par Patricia. La maison est très belle , bien située dans une zone calme à quelques minutes de marche du streetcar de St Charles Avenue. La chambre est faite tous les jours. A recommander sans réserve
