Hi, i have booked hotel at night and paid total amount advance and i moved from airport to hotel and when i landed at hotel. I was embarrassed and misbehaved but hotel people i have gone thru a very hard situation and i complaint, they assured me to pay to other hotel i managed somehow folded hand for accommodation and paid them cash. But commitment failed to reimbursed my loss even they have ask me. Thz payment receipt but still i have not received a single payment nor my loss what i paid znd of the day faces zero support. Its really disgusting and hurting. To face off such things. From such a esteem organization. I do suggest everyone before booking dont pay any advance and even if you book hotel pols do confirm with property with your booking or at the end face the dire consequence. Don't pay first.
