The hotel was not cleaned. The service was very poor. The hotel seems fake as two different hotel name is present in same location. The review of this hotel was manipulated in other trip websites. Not advice for travellers.

Extremely Dangerous and Unhygienic – Avoid at All Costs I recently stayed at Hotel Mayda, and it was a nightmare. This hotel is far from suitable for anyone—be it business travelers, families, solo travelers, or couples. The conditions were appalling and unacceptable. The toilet and bathroom were extremely dirty, with an unbearable odor and clear signs of neglect. The room itself was filthy, with dust and stains everywhere. The bed sheets and mattress were stained and unhygienic, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. It was evident that the housekeeping standards were nonexistent. Beyond cleanliness, the entire place felt unsafe and poorly managed. There was no effort to make guests feel welcome or comfortable. This hotel should not be operational in its current condition. If you value your health, safety, and basic comfort, I strongly advise against staying at Hotel Mayda. There are far better options that take hygiene and guest satisfaction seriously.

The washroom was filled with water. When asked to change my room they said don't have another room and that this room has this issue. Why did they allocate this room if they knew that they had this issue. Had i not have paid via your app, would have left the hotel then and there. Pathetic experience. Disappointing stay - not worth the price this hotel unfortunately fell short of expectations in several key areas. While the price point suggested a certain level of service and comfort, the reality was quite different. The service did not match the hotel's pricing. Staff seemed inattentive and unable to address basic needs promptly. The cleanliness of the washroom was a significant concern. Not only was it not cleaned properly, but there was also a water leakage issue. This made using the facilities quite unpleasant. Upon arrival, the room lacked basic amenities like towels. Requesting them resulted in the rather inconvenient explanation that the laundry service was closed for the day. The quality of the food was another disappointment. The meals lacked flavor and were overall not enjoyable.

The hotel service was too poor. No bathroom kit. We make order for our dinner but they not provide it. Pillow cover was too dirty. Totally fake hotel look the photo

Please do not choose this hotel as the service isn't up to the mark as they inform (mainly i faced water problem and the same is mentioned in most of the reviews which is very true, don't take complementary breakfast as they only give very much very limited options and taste is not good. Room service is not good and if you are planning for a long stay they don't change bedsheets. I felt bad choosing this, rest is all your choice.

Not as expected. Need to update the latest images of the rooms and other facilities. It’s was an average stays with food and other facilities.
