Our Property is perfect for your weekend trip, family reunion, wedding, or just some fun in the sun! Plop a tube right in the river from the backyard, or go swimming and fishing. Or go listen to some homegrown Americana or Contemporary Music at Gruene Hall, oldest Dance hall in Texas! You can also bring your four legged furry friends with you. We have stayed in these condos every year and always enjoy it. This property was perfect for our long weekend stay and will stay here again.

Great for family vacation
Great property with 2 pools and river access. Patio was perfect to sit and drink coffee or just relax in the evening. Property is clean and well maintained. Like that the security checked wrist bands and parking passes. Condo had everything we needed! We will book here again for sure!

Just like home

Great place
Great location. Very comfortable unit. Grounds are well kept and with river access. We were there Thursday thru Sunday mid July. Our balcony was shared with neighbors. This created a wind tunnel effect between buildings. Because of this although it was 108 degrees we were still able to sit outside most of the day with a great breeze. Close to food,stores, and Schlitterbahn. We used Texas Tubes and were pleased with them for our river float. Would stay here again.

New Year’s Eve
We stayed in the Americana condo it was really cool. Decorated with lots of music memorabilia, very clean, nice size, great accommodations, and excellent location. Very close to bars and restaurants. We will definitely be back!!!
