Super 8 by Wyndham Nevada

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. Hallways smell like stale cigarette smoke. Went to our room and the fridge was not working. I went down and told them and explained that my son is a Type 1 Diabetic and his meds have to be refrigerated. He said it could not be replaced until his maintenance guy came in the morning. He said I could bring the medication to him. I said absolutely not. Can you change my room. All of a sudden a lady said we will change it out. They come and remove the old and underneath was so gross. Someone’s teeth flosser ect. New one installed. Went to use the bathroom and fan as broken. Mold on ceiling. I went to wash my hands and the sink doesn’t drain. The air/heater smelled terribly. No blankets, just a sheet with a thinner sheet on top. Final night I took a shower and when I returned to the bathroom there were roaches. I went back to the front desk and was basically dismissed and wouldn’t refund anything. Also tv didn’t work with the remote and phone didn’t work. Do not stay here. Disgusting.

Service was friendly. The room was clean, & plumbing (shower, toilet, sink) worked well. The hotel was very accessible from the highway with good parking. It's an older building, but seems well maintained. The only negative was a minimal breakfast offering. I would stay there again.

Left okl stayed in coffeyville great motel went to Branson Missouri stayed 2 nights there paid less for that was great motel stayed one night in Nevada Missouri was the worst motel we stayed in no hot water tv would not change channels HAD to watch iD tv the whole time no pool the a/c took forever to cool down felt like I was on a basement the room smelled the soda machine was broke but conveniently they had soda for 2 dollars a can

Worst experience I have ever had. Hallways smelled like musty smoke. Room floor was stained, towels provided was stained, sheets were stained, shower curtain had mold. Charged me for 2 nights I only stayed 1 had 4 emails that showed only one night. Said they had to look at cctv to prove I left. Hello your maid was cleaning stripping our the minute we walked out our door, handed the key to front desk when I walked out. So how did I stay an additional night. Caused me overdraft fee and refused to do anything about other than refunding my 2 nite

The staff where kind the room was very clean and the bed was very soft and comfortable. It was a very good night sleep I really appreciate the stay.

The service was excellent. Everybody was polite and helpful. Stanley went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

Was not told there would be a $23.00 charge to book online. Cigarette smoke in hotel, mattress terrible and toilet not secured to floor good. When you would use it and flushed it you could smell sewer gas in room. Only stayed there at night so I tolerated it.

Rooms were clean and as expected for the price. Staff was lazy and the hot portions of breakfast were cold as ice. Its almost as if the staff couldn't be bothered to do an acceptable job, and didn't want to get up early enough to get breakfast ready.

I’ve stayed here every 3-4 weeks for 23 years and I think I’m done. New ownership about two years ago brought bizarre embellishments like exterior colored LED lights and glass peacock lawn ornaments, but last visit there was no coffee in the morning and no staff anywhere to be found. Good luck getting a receipt in the morning, hard to find an employee… The place needs renovation but under the new ownership that seems unlikely to happen…
