Alpenhotel Tirolerhof

This is our third stay at The Tirolerhof and it never disappoints. Even though this was their first week of opening for the season, everything was more than ready to welcome guests and it really is impossible to pick fault. The staff are friendly and attentive and are happy to help in any situation...from replacing forgotten chargers...to looking for missing socks blown from the balcony! The food is excellent; from the help yourself breakfast to the wonderful hearty evening meal. Great vegetarian option also. Rooms are clean and serviced everyday and the outside space around the pool area has been fantastically upgraded with new chairs etc. The hotel is in the ideal spot for the many Alpine walks and the regular bus service gets you further afield. Again, this hotel is great but it's the staff at this family run establishment that enhance your stay tenfold.

The arrival was easy. The bus from the Innsbruck station stops right next to the hotel. The reception greeted us with a surprise. We were upgraded to a wonderful one bedroom apartment after having booked a double room! We stayed for 7 days. We had booked directly with the hotel and received a full package with HB, ski passes for 6 days, and free ski rental. The hotel is warm and clean, staff is friendly and super efficient and all our needs were met. The spa in the afternoon was bliss, and the HB had a choice with vegetarian options for dinner. The Glacier and the Schlick 2000 ski zones are about 20 min by bus, which runs every 30 min up and down the valley and is free to use with a ski pass. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a fabulous ski vacation.

Posizione strategica per visitare la bellissima valle dello Stubai. Prezzi decisamente più convenienti rispetto all'Italia e la Stubai card che ti permette di usufruire gratuitamente degli impianti di risalita per tutto il periodo di permanenza è un'ottima cosa. Trovandosi sulla strada principale e dormendo con le finestre aperte visto il caldo di quest'anno, al mattino si è un po' disturbati dal passaggio delle auto. Personale gentile e albergo pulito (un pò scomoda la doccia all'interno della vasca). Degna di nota è la zona wellness con diverse cabine ed ampia zona relax e soprattutto la piscina esterna. Per quanto rigurda il cibo, soprattutto a cena...NO comment!! Peccato, altrimenti avrei dato una valutazione più alta...

Had a wonderful stay at hotel Tirolerhof. Got a free room upgrade on arrival the room was massive, had a sitting area and bedroom. The only thing I disliked was the synthetic material used in the bedding, It made it to hot and not soft. Pillows were good. The balcony over looked the pool. All the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was a buffet with a good choice of food, you had a menu on your table for evening food; there was only a meat or veg choice but as long as you are not to fussy eater all the food was lovely. Every night was a four course meal. Then relax on the patio or bar Hotel has a small outdoor heated pool, big enough for a swim, it also has a water jet which was great for sore muscles at the end of a hard days walk. Or just lays around on the sunbeds. Also has an indoor whirl pool and 5 saunas, you get clean pool towels every day. The showers in the spa are wonderful too. The hotel is situated 100m from the nearest lift and bus stops. You get a stubai card from the hotel which gives you 1 ride per day on 4 lifts and free buses as much as you need. The area has something for everyone, whether you wish just to go up the lift for coffee or if you wish to climb to the top of the mountain. Neustift town has things on in the evenings, just a short walk up the road. We had two nights of great entertainment and it’s all free. Brilliant hotel well differently go back.

Second visit to the Tirolerhof, in the last 12 months, and I would have to say...even better than the first time. Stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed the extra time in this lovely, family run hotel. Great south facing room which was serviced every day. Good for drying washing also! Nice range of food for both breakfast and evening meal and even our feeble attempts at writing some requests in German,on the menu, seemed to be followed. The hotel is ideally situated for the local bus service and the numerous valley/mountain walks and the issuing of the Stubai Supercard, allows free bus and cable car use for your whole stay. The staff at the Tirolerhof are extremely friendly and helpful and I must make special mention to Martin who ran the bar. A wonderfully pleasant young man who made our holiday that little bit more special. I must also add that we did have a couple of issues during the stay but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently by management and did not spoil any part of the trip. On the whole, a fantastic two weeks in a lovely hotel...and would not hesitate to return.
