Sol Marina Palace

Visited here for our honeymoon without knowing the hotel at all and we struck pure gold! We could not have been happier with the service, the food selections and the staff. Yes, there are a couple of areas which could do with a tidy up but they were so insignificant, they didn't matter. breakfast, lunch and dinner had great selections every time and over our ten days there, it was rare to see anything reappearing apart from the usual cold selections of fruit at breakfast and salads etc. The staff were all very polite and efficient, it all worked so well. I've been lucky to go to many hotels over the years and this is the first one I will go back to happily and we will go back in a couple of years time with pleasure. Nessebar was a joy to visit and the old town just wonderful.

My pal and I visited this lovely hotel in June 24. 3 days into our stay my pal had a very nast accident which resulted in him requiring 8 hours of surgery to repair major damage to both arms. The staff of the hotel Inc the manager were fantastic, they did everything they could to help us, we had to add 3 more days to our holiday for obvious reasons and everyone associated with hotel did all they could for us. One very special mention goes to the Jet 2 rep Chris, he went above and beyond supporting my pal throughout this traumatic experience, he was an absolute star, we couldn't thank him enough. We have just booked to revisit Sol Marina Palace next June 2025 and can't wait to see everyone again hopefully in happier circumstances.

Staff is really good and helpful

Pięknie położony i bardzo ładny hotel. Niesamowite widoki na morze i Stare Miasto Nessebar z baru na dachu. Blisko do plaży. Smaczne i różnorodne jedzenie. Pokoje czyste, przestronne i wygodne. Codziennie sprzątane. Profesjonalna obsługa. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i przyjazny. Specjalne podziękowania dla Yani Mazov z quest relations, który był niezwykle miły i pomocny. Będziemy polecać Sol Marina Palace rodzinie i znajomym. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt. Do zobaczenia w przyszłym roku.

Just the place to chill ~ we would highly recommend this hotel in beautiful Bulgaria, from the cleaners to management everything was first class and they couldn't do enough for you which was much appreciated. I emailed in advanced as have mobility issues and everything possible was done to address this for which i was grateful. We travelled with jet2 and the rep visited regularly and was also helpful and informative what she didn't know the hotel staff did. Thank you we had an amazing time.

Having got past the first week with some H&S issues ie Balcony not secure and wife nearly fell through it was have hardly fixed but one week later the same happened again and we nearly lost her for a second time. This is not funny as even though the insurance would be nice it's better to have her around, not much care from reception or general manager. This needs expertly fixed and not some handyman from the hotel. Been here a week on all inclusive and barman decides that serving rum (Bulgarian) all of a sudden is not acceptable although I had it 6 nights out of 9. He then went on to insult me and make both my wife and I to feel at unease. 2 days later he verbally insulted me in the packed restaurant before I had the chance to ask for a drink. Having spoken to the general manager the following day nothing I feel was done to rectify both issues. The hotel felt it appropriate to offer as compassion free use safety deposit box, 1 bottle cheap fizzy wine and a box of hotel complementary chocolates all equating to about £30 (60lev) My wife and I where approach by a member of hotel staff and where left to feel at unease regarding barman and felt monster where we moved around the hotel being followed by hotel staff eyes. I know the hotel reception manager will read this and view her comments but be warned the management have not assisted with the ruining of the second week of our holiday. The true fact is the hotel is medico but fit for purpose and if the above had not happened I would have problems rated them higher. I take H&S seriously and feel a fatality may happen if the balcony is not fixed properly room 403
