Bilyana Beach Hotel

Lovely hotel, clean and well kempt. However because we were end of season we were made to feel exactly that. Certain drinks had run out not to be replaced, even Coke, Tia Maria, Baileys which were supposed to be available. The beach bar closed by the end of the week even though it was part of what should have been available as part of the package. The food was the same day in day out and what wasn’t eaten at breakfast was put out for the evening meal. None of it was hot and the fish was extremely over cooked and then reheated. Have to say the salads were beautiful. There was no knowledge of food allergies or dietary requirements when the staff were asked and the manager was totally clueless. The restaurant needs a total rethink before the next season as it lets down an otherwise lovely hotel. There should also be the same services available from start to finish of the season as advertised. Unfortunately I wouldn’t go back

Have just returned from our holiday at bilyana beech hotel our room was lovely as was the pool area and beech was very clean and modern looking hotel victoria spa was perfect would definitely recommend this spa.the housemaids kept our room lovely every day very polite and always spoke each morning however not all staff were as friendly the bar staff seemed very rude and didn't interact at all which we found very disappointed with the restaurant food was very poor as well the same food day in day not much flavour in our opinion and never hot just warm we have never complained while on holiday before but we did this time we explained our issues with our holiday rep was so looking forward to our holiday pity it didn't reach our expectations.
