Sol Nessebar Mare All Inclusive

Just few things. 🔆 ash trays behind the tv not outside. 🔆 if your tv doesn’t work at first then your sockets wont work ( took me three days to get my travel adapter working but I’m guessing i had no electricity coming to my room. 🔆outside light on balcony you can’t control, they turn them all on at 8:30pm and off at 11pm. 🔆hotdog and burgers wasn’t open to us (shameful) 🔆beds are very comfy. 🔆staff don’t really interact, aren’t very helpful and you will be left guessing, but the life guards on the slides are very funny and very friendly. 🔆the shop man is amazing, super friendly and so helpful. His shop has everything you could need. 🔆can’t get decent soft drinks in the morning i.e cola, Fanta etc gotta have their stuff doesn’t taste the same. 🔆beers go down nicely but cocktails are weird I think they give you the booze but you need to put in the soft drink otherwise the godfather cocktail I tried was just per alcohol. 🔆 if you have picky eaters not the place for you, food hardly changes and snack items are pizza and chips. Only got a chance for a burger once and without a proper bun. 🔆ice cream shed wasn’t open and had to have little pots of ice cream, would have been nice to have a cone. 🔆there isn’t much difference between the bay, palace and bay, you can use the bars and the snacks, but you have to stay in your pool of your hotel and eat there but really you can move around. 🔆 be ready to walk cos toilets are quite far. Evening stage is in the middle of the palace and it’s quite a walk to pee. But on the splash pool the kids club has a toilet near by. 🔆slides close at 12:30 til 1:30 for life guards to go on break together but hardly warning so be ready to walk back down the stairs. Then they close at 4:30pm 🔆the fire alarm is not an alarm it sounds like a broken record of a woman speaking in maybe ten languages and we had to wait to finally hear ‘fire alarm’ very confusing. It went off at 1:30am then again at 5:30 am very upsetting for kids and staff were very unhelpful hardly telling anyone anything. 🔆the slides are good fun. 🔆the evening entertainment are amazing something different every night. 🔆 fun little activities throughout the day, shooting. Quite cheap too. 🔆 sadly alot of kids including my own drops glasses and plates but staff do clean up very quick. 🔆housekeeping very good job, room always clean. All in all not a bad holiday, we had great fun. A few little problems. In the end I felt the staff just didn’t care but I can’t say I blame them. You get work you paid for and I think I got a somewhat bargain.

Hotel ładny, pokój rodzinny - świetna sprawa. Dwa osobne pokoje połączone drzwiami, widok na morze. W godzinach szczytu mimo niskiego sezonu w restauracji ciężko o stolik. Stolik na zewnątrz, gdzie jest w maju wieczorem chłodno. Przekąski w ciągu dnia czy o północy to suche ciastka, pączki i jabłka. Bardzo dużo mew na terenie obiektu, mimo zakazu dokarmiania goście hotelowi często karmią ptactwo, w wyniku czego leżaki często są ubrudzone. Chociaż obsługa codziennie rano je myje.

The hotel is very nice. The territory is green. The staff is experienced and friendly. The show time is very interested. Food is variety and tasty. Rooms are very bright and large. There are so many different activities. One of them is aqua park at the territory of the hotel. The rest here is amazing.

Unhelpful rude staff, lots to do for children but be prepared to pay for everything other than water park. No entertainment around pool unless you are a palace guest and you are unable to sit around palace pool. Snacks throughout the day are nice but the buffet food is disgusting, cold, same every night and undercooked. All inclusive drinks are completely watered down and everything comes out of a machine including spirits! Cleanliness of hotel was its only positive. Evening entertainment was ok, lots of effort put in to shows, We enjoyed our holiday to Bulgaria but only on the days we went into nessebar old town or sunny beach.

Hotel ok, food ok, water park really good, room very basic, on 2nd day we got a nice spot near the pool bar but at about 10.30am this horrid man screamed at us "get out you can not go here you are not allowed" i asked if he could identify himself but he kept screaming at us and refused, by this time my 6 year old was in tears so we quickly moved, a few days later when i saw him i enquired who he was and he physically grabbed me and pushed me. I e mailed the manager when i returned and she replied that it was our fault for not reading the small print. Absolutely shocking.

The hotel Sol Nessbar was clean , rooms based on travelodge carpeted skirting boards etc. slightly dated furniture, single dodgy wall sockets, although food was really impressive!!!. weather was fantastic water park fantastic The staff were miserable Zombies no eye contact neg body language ignorant regarding usage of lifts, children etc, 99% guests were East European quite rude. When walking around other guests and staff would just cut across your path with total indifference to the inconvenience (and danger as a partially sighted person) caused quite unpleasant , without exception all of the few brits there said the same Despite brochure statements Staff did not speak any English whatsoever no communication, no smile, no nothing. information at the hotel was poor. waitress staff would take plates away as soon as you placed your cutlery down quite annoying jet2 rep was polite but had not ever been to the hotel b4 and knew nothing about it. Not what i expected as a single parent with 2 kids paying 3.5k won't do to Bulgaria again!!!!!
