Apartamentos Mediterraneo

No voy hablar del apartamento. Pueden mejorar muchas cosas pero para el precio que tiene se pueden obviar. So voy hablar de la señora de recepción llamada Laura. Cuando entras en los apartamentos te encuentras una frase que dice al turista una sonrisa. Todo lo contrario a mi experiencia con esta señora. Fue borde, muy borde, nada empatica y con poca capacidad de escucha. Al cliente hay que escucharlo y tratarlo se una manera asertiva. No volveré a este sitio ni lo recomiendo por el trato recibido. No es que me dijera nada improcedente o no pudiera llevar razón son las formas,, las maneras, la energía. Desde el primer momento desde mi sentir hizo suyo eso de la mejor defensa un ataque. El señor de la tarde en todo momento estuvo correcto y me ofreció soluciones

Plus point is the location near beach and restaurants These apartments have had some modernization but not enough Shower flooded bathroom floor cupboards were dirty and doors hanging off the previous occupants had left there rubbish underneath sink apartment for 4 but only had three cups which we had to wash before we could use them definitely would not return all cutlery and plates had to be washed avoid at all costs even curtains didn't match,Fridge rusty

Probably the worst accommodation I've ever experienced. When the air conditioning was off it was still making noise. Don't close the toildoor at night, because it stinks when opethe morning after. Pool is a joke, buy your own toilet paper. Oh and expect a bed of iron.

Nice little studio. New bathroom, new kitchen. Fridge, kettle,microwave, toaster. (It broke.i told lady she brought me a brand new one in 2 mins) 2ring hob. Plates glasses and dishes cups Few utensils, 2 frying pans and 1 pan. Enough to make a snack or cooked breakfast. Now for the price you can’t grumble. You do have to buy your own toilet roll. (Not a problem shops next door). There is a sweeping brush and dustpan. Mop and bucket. The cleaners don’t do it for you. I was asked tho if I wanted a clean. I didn’t mind doing a sweep myself, I do it at home. I prefer no one coming in our room to be honest. I was offered bed changes too. Also offered clean towels every other day. I always bring washing up liquid ect because I know they don’t provide it. We had room 101. Nice balcony 3 chairs 1 table, view though was over a car park. Not noisy at night though. Looking at 2 hotels and mountains in the background. Small plunge pool which is very clean. It’s not in the sun tho and no loungers. The beach is just across the round down the famous coloured steps. Indian and Italian across the road. Food great in both. The bars up road are great too. 2 supermarkets literally next door. 10 mins(if that) from Balcón. Go down the coloured steps. Gorgeous beach bar. Servers amazing food. For the price we paid it was lovely. Location is fantastic

Please dont let the bad reviews put you off , Me and my wife have stayed here three times and will be staying again in sept. the rooms are clean comfy and have everything you could possibly need .the beach is a two minute walk away as are bars resteraunts supermarkets ect . me and my wife Jeanie are both in our late sixties and I suffer from parkinsons and to be honest I have allways been treated with kindness and respect from all of the staff and never been subject to rudeness . If you want a budget place to stay that has everything needed for a self catering stay is nice and clean and close to everything . then the mediterraneo is a good option .

Ignoro si la "señora" (por llamarla de alguna manera) que atiende al teléfono será la dueña o simplemente una empleada pero no se puede ser más ciesa, más rancia, más seca y más chula que te cuelga el teléfono y te deja con la palabra en la boca....si te tratan así por teléfono para intentar hacer una reserva, no me quiero imaginar cuando llegue allí la gente y se queje de las camas, las almohadas o la suciedad que hay en todo el edificio...."un placer" no haber ido... gracias
