The property is spotless and the staff superb. The room had fresh towels daily, the rain shower was powerful, aircon quiet and effective. The location is perfect for walking around the town and close to Burianna beach. Booked already for next visit. Highly recommended!

They advertise that they have parking available and it is not on their side. It is 15 min away walking. There is not place where to stop to do the check in or leave your luggage. That was frustrated. I forgot my coat and when I called they told me that the cleaning lady didn’t mentioned anything. But they will ask and call me, but I never got a call back

Tout était magnifique👍 La chambre était propre, le personnel était toujours à l'écoute de tous les besoins, tout près du balcon Europa, qualité humaine incroyable, c'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur, mais tout était magnifique.Monset salut.

Misleading The #7 apartment was in a great location to the beach restaurants and bus station. Lovely roof top terrace. Unfortunately, during our 7 day stay the hot water was minimal. The internet was spotty to say the least. We spoke to management about the issues but no one spoke English and my Spanish is bad so communication was difficult. After many days of no hot water I felt as if I had become the problem and foresaw no remedies. Also it states they help with transportation this is not true. Refused to call us a cab instead pointed to the next block where we had to drag our luggage. Many places to stay here in Nerja, I would not choose Abril Nerja again
