This B&B is lovely. Beautiful rooms, helpful friendly and attentive staff. The Inn is a short walk to town, the beach and the boardwalk, which takes you to Asbury or Belmar! They provide bikes, beach towels and beach chairs, and delicious breakfast and snacks! Will be back again!!

Carriage Inn is our go to home away from home. We have stayed in four different rooms, all unique and comfortable. Breakfasts are delicious with specially prepared choices each day. The staff are very accommodating and friendly.

This is a very nice B&B, with a good breakfast, friendly staff and it is located just one block from the beach. It is perfect for couples who wish to take a short holiday away from troubles and daily routine.

Everything is perfect here! Great location! Amazing staff! We've been coming here since COVID. Walk to the beach! Ocean Grove is a lovely, charming town!

Been visiting Carriage House for over 8 years. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Staff is always friendly and welcoming and breakfast also delicious. Always enjoy our stay!!

Our recent stay was spectacular. The place smelled clean the minute we walked into the foyer, and not that horrible bleach smell, but a breezy clean. The common areas are beautiful. The porch is a great place to hang out and read, and they serve a really nice breakfast each morning. The room was adorable and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was a decent size with a fantastic shower. It’s close to the beach, and close to Asbury Park if you’re looking for entertainment. We would happily stay there again when we’re in the Ocean Grove/ Asbury area.

This was our 5th year staying at the Carriage House in Ocean Grove NJ. My wife and I love this place and the people who work there. The location to the beach is so close. I park my car and don't use it until we go home. They have great restaurants in walking distance from the Carriage House. The breakfast is awesome! We will definitely be back in 2026. Check out the Carriage House! We'll worth staying there, plus you get discounted beach passes, free beach chairs, towels, and bikes.

We love the Carriage House and have visited several times. The location is great, very close to the beach and boardwalk. And they provide all types of beach equipment too. During our last stay, our room was very cold at night, which may have just been our room. And a few of the bikes could probably use an upgrade given their wear and tear. But we still had a great experience and hope to return soon!

Although the rooms look appealing on the website, once inside the room one sees how small it really is. Most guests were heard complaining it was too cold (myself included), my husband climbed a chair to adjust the ceiling vent. The AC works inefficiently as some room were comfortable and others were uncomfortably cool.. I heard 2 women from 2 different rooms say they slept with sweatshirts and socks on. Nice amenities in the garage for guests to use without an extra fee. Breakfast was good but hot items were warm (not hot). Wish there was a sitting room besides the dining room.
