National 9 Mount Nebo

This place needs to be tore down, the worst motel I have ever stay at the carpet is never nasty and stains all the way and smells bad I will never stay here anymore anymore

The room was clean and spacious. It looked like it had fresh paint! The bathroom was spotless! The people at the front desk were polite and accommodating. We used the wall unit, and the temperature was perfect for sleeping! We would stay here again!

DON'T STAY HERE. It's dirty and noisy. We've complained about the workers above us, and they got worse after the staff "talked" to them. They are stomping and running across the room. We've told them this, and they don't care. There was hair all over the tub. The walls are damaged. It's just gross !! The pillows are flat, and the beds are old. Food in the area is horrible. I won't come back to this town again ! KEEP DRIVING

Terrible. I stayed there as a last resort. I needed internet to do some banking. Sign at the desk said internet was not in all areas. I asked for a room where I could get access. Was given one room and when I checked I had none. asked to be moved and the only room they had was for a smoker. Took the room but again not access, had to go to the lobby. The room stunk terribly of smoke, was dirty as well but the big surprise was the toilet.... BTW: their so-called "Continental Breakfast" consists of bread slices laid out to dry in a small cabinet that can be toasted, boiled eggs that are kept in ice water, and some instant waffle mix you can cook yourself in the iron. No bacon, sausage or anything else warm to eat. The waffle was so bad that although I was hungry I could not eat even 1/4 of a piece. Coffee is the usual instant from a machine.

Would not stay here again worn down nasty outside. It smelled terrible things are worn out. It’s cheap 100 a night, lots of shady people around hotel Breakfast was included but did not want to stay and eat. Next time would drive into Salt Lake 70 miles away.

The Wifi didn't work at all. Pool and hot tub were closed for untold reason. Breakfast was good. Air conditioner rattled all night loudly, but too hot to turn it off. Every time some walked outside the door the whole room shook. If you want to sleep, go somewhere else.

If you're ever desperate for a hotel in the Nephi area.... keep going! After travelling for 12 hours we decided to stop in Nephi for the night. Booked a non-smoking room at the Nephi 9 Inn expecting nothing but a standard clean room. Walked into the room and the smell of cigarette smoke was battling with whatever chemicals they'd used to try and cover up the smell. Didn't even bring the suitcases into the room, as the stench was overwhelming! Requested a refund... not forthcoming.... the manager would do it in the morning... nothing! I sent an email several days later requesting the refund... still nothing!

This was my second stay here in two years. It was a bit disappointing this time. Room was clean, breakfast was good, but the mattress and pillows were as soft as a football field. My back still aches. Plus, who in the hell puts 3 pillows on a bed for 2 people? Doesn't make sense especially since the pillows are deflated stale biscuits. Plus not having an open hot tub even though the website states that it is open was really disappointing. That's the main reason I booked here again.
