Minerva is as good as it always has been! The staff was very professional and the experience was quite pleasant.

Everything in this property is so so good and amenities are well maintained. Nice and neat room near and clean toilet bed is very comfortable and AC is working good. Room service and food quality quantity is awesome. Good stay

A normal hotel except good location , but not value for money. Complimentary breakfast is ok parking ok.

First i would like to express positives in the hotel. The ambience is good, breakfast is good, the room is spacious, clean and neat, and there are spacious corridors. Negatives: there are no clear instructions on make my trip about local ids. Once we reach the hotel for check in at night 10pm hotel people were not ready to allow checkin because my husband aadhar address falls under the same district so they denied then we have to show that we are. Married couples by providing our passports with spouse names as a woman at night 10 just to prove you are a couple not just came for some other business in tyre 2 city is very embarrassing for me. Hotel staff blamed mmt for not putting clear instructions. Room service is a bit slow.
