"Jetwing Beach is lovely hotel. Right on the beach, good spacious rooms, with everything you need, very clean and good AC. Rooms over look the pool and beach which is nice to wake up to every morning. The staff are a credit to the hotel with fantastic service from house keeping to reception to pool attendants. Could not fault it. Food and Drinks are excellent too, try the Terrace Bar for cocktails you won’t be disappointed. Food is good value at the Beach / Pool Bar too Would definitely recommend this hotel if your coming to Negombo"

"Most people seem to stay for one night on way to or from the airport, and thats enough. The room was well appointed but no outside view because the window was blocked by an unnecessay spa room. We could not have stayed in such a room for longer. Pool and restaurant good. The nearby beach road was just awful and blocked off the beach, so we never got to it. Very pleased to leave and things improved thereafter."

Ruoka oli herkullista, ja apulaismies Mahinda tarjosi erinomaista palvelua koko oleskelumme. Hän oli aina saatavilla, kun tarvitsimme mitään, mutta ei koskaan häirinnyt yksityisyyttä. Hän järjesti kaikki kolme ruokaa, puhdisti ruokaa, ja varmisti, että olimme aina mukavia, mutta antoi meille vielä täydellisen vapauden nauttia oleskelu. Beach näkymä oli toinen suuri lisäpiste. "Sadly we went here, excited by the sunset views. Beer was good but when we ordered food there was a 10 min wait for a menu. When we placed our order we were hopefully seeing the food go past us, however, after an hour we asked for an update on our food to which they said soon. After a further half an hour, the food was still not there. Therefore, we asked for our bill for just our drinks which they stalled and try to insist that we ate. After putting our foot down we managed to pay for our drinks bill. Just before we were about to leave the staff said we may have our food for free as it was ready so we waited for it. When it arrived, as if a joke, it was cold and the crab curry arrived which can only be described as a chicken carcus stew. The staff looked visibly pissed off with our dislike. Please do not go here and save yourself some trouble."

"Varasin itseni huoneen kuusi päivää, joka oli kaunis varustettu fani ja ilmastointi. Olin kolme tuntia hoitoa joka päivä ja joka päivä oli hieman erilainen kuin halusin rentoutua . Näin lääkärin joka aamu ja hoitoa hoitoon, - ja sain täyden massaamisen joka päivä ja tajusin, kuinka hyvä tämä oli hermostojärjestelmälleni. Aamiainen lounas ja illallinen oli büroo erittäin hyvä Sri Lankan ruoka riippuen, minkä ruumiin tyyppi sinulla on. Oli paljon keitetyt kasvikset ja olin yllättynyt, etten nähnyt kahvia tai alkoholia, mutta menin sen kanssa ja ajattelin, että todella oli fantastista puhdistaa kehon. On monia kasviteetä valita myös.. Saapuessani oli kylmä ja minulle annettiin pullo juoda joka ilta, joka teki minusta tuntuvan paljon paremmalta. Viikon lopussa tulin hyvin ystävällinen vieraille siellä. Kaikki rentoutui, joten lopulta juttelemme. Yogaluokat olivat kello kuudelta aamulla katolla ja meditaatio iltapäivällä. He olivat kärsineet syklonin ja tulvan ja korjaavat kaiken. Seuraavalla kerralla voin jäädä kahden viikon saadakseen lääketieteelliset hoitot he tekevät. Vijitha and Chandani were amazing masseurs and made sure we had a personalized massage to make our experience even more memorable."

"Very dark and not very inviting on first arriving at reception. Receptionist took nearly 10 minutes to find our booking paperwork because of a spelling error. I was bitten a dozen times whilst we waited in reception to be shown to our room there didn't appear to be any citronella or any other attempts to deter mosquitos or biting insects in reception or the bar. The lift doors wouldn't close on our arrival and still weren't working the next morning. Breakfast was really good. Arrived too late to make use of the pool but the water looked slightly green so didn't try it the next day."
