Very good place and really beautiful hotel. Staff was very helpful and kind. They are every facilities in the room.breakfast was perfect and delicious 😄. I luv this place so much 🙏🏻. Also they gave every information you need for your travel plans. So kind ♥️

This is a small, family run hotel. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. We had a comfortable stay. The room was clean but the bathrooms could do with some renovating. It's close to the beach and a lot of restaurants.

Lovely people, great rooms. Clean, tidy, lovely light airy breakfast area. Terrific value. We got in very late and they waited up for us and carried our bags to our room. So friendly and caring. We would definitely recommend.

Well kept, clean rooms with all amenities. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Managed by lenders and their family who create a cornflour welcoming atmosphere. Breakfasts are great and are large enough not to require lunch!

Hotel run by amazing family. Ajith, Susilla and Sandali were absolutely helpfull, welcoming, hospital and always smiling. Our room was clean, big enough and well equiped. Breakfast very tasty and refreshing. Ajith arranged beautiful, fully packed, trip around Sri Lanka for us. We were provided with excelent and professional guide Amila during our trip. In few days we experienced Sri Lanka in a unbelievablely way, we would never be able by arranging things ourselves. We definetily reccomend this family run business to all people seeking Sri Lanka's beauty, variety and friendliness.

Modern house with nice functional rooms. Close to the beach and shops. Close to Colombo airports. The family is lovely and different services are available. Nice and fresh breakfast. There is a rooftop Terrasse and the ocean is just around the corner. Everyone was lovely and happy to help with everything.

This hotel is situated a couple of streets back from the sea (takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach) and has comfortable, clean rooms at very reasonable prices The staff are friendly and helpful, sorting out an evening trip on the lagoon and providing other advice. We used this as a stopover for the airport (30 minutes away) and the hotel arranged transport- they will also collect you from the airport at any time

Really good for our first stop in Sri Lanka, lovely clean rooms with air conditioning and an excellent breakfast. Staff were very helpful and attentive. We would definitely go back again for a short stay in Negombo. Thank you for a good start to our holiday.

Beautiful kind and friendly family who gave me such a warm welcome! And also a welcome drink which was much appreciated after my long journey. Beautiful, clean and spacious bright rooms and a great location close to all of the beach, the shops and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best coconut sambols I have had in Sri Lanka! I would definitely recommend and really hope to come back one day! Thank you so much
