This hotel is clean and very close to the airport. Without heavy luggage is it within walking distance although you have to cross a major road. With luggage it is far better to take a taxi which does not cost more 500 Rupees. One is only allowed to enter the terminal 3 hours before the flight time and not earlier. There is a nice cafe and restaurant near Terminal 3 just outside the Terminal. The hotel has an excellent restaurant where we had our lunch and tea. Service is great and the food delicious. The staff are very helpful.

We checked in the hotel at 9 pm on 18th feb. It was a last minute booking. It costs around 3750 for the rooms which absolutely doesn't look that cost. Ground floor room so the window view was of only boundary walls. We had work so checked out at 9 am next day but luggage was kept at the hotel. After we came back around 4 pm I wanted to use any of the spare washrooms with the rooms but they simply denied any room washroom and asked to use the common restroom as room washrooms are chargeable since we checked out. It was only after a series of altercations and justifications and me saying that will put up a review, that they finally allowed me to use the room washroom or may be not. Hotels or any service industry is always run by after sales and word of mouth goodwill. This kind of money minded attitude is absolutely worthless and disgusting especially when we paid the full cost without any negotiation and used the rooms only for 12 hours. And the manager's behaviour is so rude. What does it take for people to be kind to tourists when their business stands on us???

Etablissement moderne juste en face de l'aéroport de Cochin, on peut d'ailleurs rejoindre l'hôtel à pied . Très pratique pour une arrivée tardive ou un départ au aurore. Ensemble impeccable vraiment agréable, moderne et propre, ma chambre au rez de chaussée, tout confort digne d'un 4 étoiles, j'ai apprécié particulièrement le fauteuil...frigo, douche, lit queen, buffet petit déjeuner également savoureux. Le personnel est très accueillant m'avait conseillé sur les moyens de transports pour rejoindre Cochin à prix raisonnable.

Team This one of the member who has booked your hotel on 17-18 feb for my parents in the name of Reeta shukla at the Runway hotel This is the worst service I've seen so far for one day. we thought that Trivandrum the Runway hotel people are welcoming with all the gestures however for my parent being senior citizen they have faced a problem and not been empathised at all. 1) even after paying with all the tabs and contact the service given was not at all right. 2) as they were leaving early at 3:30am on 18th feb, I asked them to provide fruits as my mom was fasting on 18th, they denied saying that chef is not there and giving reasons that they can only provide cut fruits. 3) I tried telling them providing whole fruits not the cut fruit as she will be travelling the whole day via plane and train in which halt in between. 4) and also asking for the transport at least they did not say that they are going to charge for it to me when I called them, instead telling my mom for the drop to the airport charging them (as informed that I am taking care on their behalf they did not inform me for the cab rent charge) 5) being from the hospitality background, the denial they were giving was so direct pathetic and they were not at all empathise by the fact that they were senior citizen and not given the alternative for the food at all and the customer service as to compensate of not attending breakfast in morning.

Very near to kochi airport , this hotel is very neat and clean rooms with all modern amenities, restaurant is run by majlis group and have nice food . Lots of nearby small restaurants to eat from outside . Staff is very helpful and ready to help always
