Very thankful for d outstanding hospitality . Especially Ms.Irin, It’s rare to encounter such a hands-on approach from a manager, nd her kindness made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Ms. Princy from d front office too was very welcoming. Thr personal attention made my stay into a seamless nd memorable experience, reflecting the high standards the team uphold. Best stay near cochin international Airport. Looking forward for my next visit thr.

飯店乾淨 設置還可以 但位置有點難找跟地圖顯示不同 早餐不錯 選擇比較多，地理位置佳，離機場很近比較方便，且有車接駁

Great location from the airport, esp travelers arriving late evening. Nice ambience and restaurant. Hotel staff very courteous and engages proactively.

A very cosy hotel located very near the airport, approx 3mins drive away only. Plus this is a hotel with full fledge amenities, from laundry services, gym and a swimming pool.

Everything about this hotel is absolutely brilliant!! I only stayed for one night but wish I’d booked for longer. Beautiful interiors, charming building, attentive and kind staff, wonderful food, comfortable bed, great housekeeping team. I’m highly fussy about hotels and rarely say this - but 10/10, I will absolutely be staying again!

This is my second time staying at Port Muziris, and once again, it has been a wonderful experience. I’d especially like to appreciate one of the staff members, Anusha. She is incredibly polite, friendly, and very interactive with all the guests, which truly makes us feel comfortable and welcomed. Her warm and professional service adds a personal touch that makes the stay even more special. Thank you, Anusha, for your kindness and great hospitality. Looking forward to visiting again!

Had an absolutely lovely afternoon at Port Muziris hotel. Have stayed here previously so decided to stop over for lunch before my flight out of Kochi. The ambience is great and a choice of buffet or a la carte. The service is brilliant, I was taken care of by Anusha, who was very warm, well understood what I may like for and recommended some delicious authentic Kerala dishes - Palkatti Ghee Roast and Palapam and a filter coffee to end with! Perfect ending to the short and sweet Kochi visit. Look forward to visiting again.

Very few hotels like this you get bcs this hotel staff’s are very well trained and they all know how to handle guest and give respect or take care of guest. Amazing amazing hospitality, specially there was a staff name called Anusha and she was treating every guest like their relatives with very well care

Stay was very comfortable. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed.The staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots.

Always in awe whenever I have my stay here, and always look forward to being here. The hospitality is top notch. Staffs are polite and courteous. Anusha at the breakfast buffet has been such a sport. So polite and sweet. Look forward to enjoying my stay again.

The place is beautiful, and the food tastes great. Ms. Anusha guided us well and served some of the best dishes we've had. She was very polite, attentive, and helped us choose the right food based on our preferences. Her warm hospitality really made our dining experience memorable. We're truly impressed with the service and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Stayed for 2 nights. This is a great place to stay- great team of people working at the hotel. They made me & my family feel right at home. Pretty much everyone was very friendly and ready to help. Great place to stay, enjoyed it very much! Special mention to the chef, restaurant staff (especially Anusha), Duty Manager Irin and many others.

It was very nice experience. Great service given by anusha. Looking forward to visit again. What stood out the most was the staff’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and hassle-free stay. I will definitely be returning!
