We arrived in the hotel at late night and they welcome us with a delicious drink. Mido from reception oriented us about the hotel, facilities and kind to make an itinerary for tours. There were lot of hotels nearby the pyramids and this one won my heart. Its a walking distance to the pyramid and just enough at the end of the street away from the gate to avoid the traffic and crowd. The area smells horse dung even at the rooftop but it didnt bother us unless you are sensitive to the smell might consider a place at city center. They got nice pool which is perfect for cooling down or sunbathing after a long day from tours. The receptionists and hotel staffs are so welcoming, polite and helpful. The restaurant offers a lot except for decaffeinated coffee😅 I tried their pasta, grills, sandwiches and soup. Its all lovely❤️.they make a delicious falafel and fruit juices too,one of the best is mango. Watermelon was so refreshing but tried it just once as most of our stay its not available. We booked the Deluxe double room with Balcony.its a lovely huge room with pool view,i didnt mind about getting a pyramid view as it is visible in the restaurant and more prominent at the rooftop. The bathroom was huge too, though water keeps the entire bathroom wet after showering. Hope they provide a rubber mop at least and install a shower rack too. We avail the tours Mido arranged for us for the first 3 days and tried our own way for the rest of our stay. The tour was all lovely, just have to bring extra dollars on your budget and make room on your luggage for egyptian products the guide will bring you to which was not part of the itinerary or just dont purchase anything at all. Hope they mention a more detailed itinerary about the papyrus museum, spices shop, perfume shop, etc beforehand so that visitors like us would not be surprised and bombarded with sales talk.Though my favorite was the perfume and spices shop.the guide brought us to nice restaurants too for lunch, its a good experience to taste local cusine. The Nile cruise dinner is a must experience as well. We had an ATV ride and the guide brought us to this local men with a camel in the middle of the trip. He made us ride the camel and took nice photos of us,it was not part of the itinerary that we know off but i guess it was good experience to ride a camel for the first time and got a panoramic view of the 9 pyramids. You gotta bring extra cash everywhere as mostly people expects a tip from foreigners. It's safe to walk around even at night and Uber is accessible in the area Overall, our stay was pleasant in this hotel.
