το ξενοδοχείο εχει να κανει ανακαίνιση 30χρονια. ευτυχώς τουλάχιστον ότι τα στρώματα ήταν εντάξει... στις φωτο δείχνουν ότι τα μπάνια ειναι ανακαινισμένα ... tragic... με τα ψέματα δουλειά δεν γίνεται..

A truly disappointing stay at Olivia Koufonissi. We paid €300 per night, to stay at what I can only describe as a run down 3 star motel. A very hasty, poor renovation has been done to an older exisiting hotel and the hotel is in shambles. Run down pool, dead garden beds every where, filthy pool furniture, poorly renovated bathrooms. The level of service was also atrocious. We booked our stay as a group of 4. Our arrival was confirmed the day before by staff. At the port, we were met by a staff member with his personal car. The car was so small that it could hardly fit us all in as passengers, let alone all of our luggage as well, so we were made to walk to the hotel! We then arrived to see a brand new hotel can simply sitting in the drive way. AVOID

bellissima struttura, non proprio sul mare ma a ridosso. servizio eccellente. bella piscina. le camere non tutte belle come esposizione ma spaziose. ottimo ristorante e colazione super comunque nel centro del paese con supermarket e ristoranti a pochi passi

Ότι ακριβώς είπανε οι άλλοι τουρίστες είναι αλήθεια, πληρώσαμε σουίτα για 4 άτομα με πρωινό και πρωινό δεν είχαμε. Μας είπανε ότι δεν έχουν προσωπικό και ότι θα μας επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα. Δώσαμε τον λογαριασμό και μετά από τόσο χρόνο ακόμη τίποτα. Το προσωπικό μας είπε ότι δεν είναι στο χέρι τους, μετά από πολλά e-mail

If you like to have island that’s true Greece experience and ( not to busy) The Nature is fantastic and the see clear blue , locals are amazing the food unbelievable. If you looking at the beach the water is blue and the fish are see live unbelievable! I say take a look and go go go !

As can be seen by the other reviews this hotel was such a disappointment. Definitely 1 star not 4. Gardens not maintained, pool not maintained we would not have gone in. Luckily the beaches are so nice. Same as the other review we didn’t have hot water & were told to run it for 20 minutes, after that it was mildly lukewarm & such a waste of water. No kettle, or any tea or coffee & like the other reviews said there was no breakfast as staff had left. Staff did a lot of sitting around, but at least the room was cleaned once a day. This was our only bad hotel experience in 5 weeks in Greece.

I always read reviews before booking but this time I didn't. Did I regret it. It had a no cancellation policy. First of all we were greeted at the ferry by a very sour & unfriendly man. Didn't even say hello while he was taking our suitcase. Luckily it had the name of the hotel on the side of the van. When the van arrived at the hotel, they had to put a brick at the back of tyre. I suppose so it won't roll away😬 Got to reception and there was no "welcome" to our hotel. All we were told was we wouldn't be getting breakfast as there is a lack of staff. We would be refunded at the end of our stay. We checked out on the 2nd September and we still haven't received our refund. Our room had rising damp and smelled mouldy, the pool looks inviting in the picture s but it wasn't properly maintained and it has vinyl lining in the pool and vinyl look like tiles around the edge, which goes black with mould. All gardens are full of weeds. This hotel could be beautiful with new owner. It's a very sad hotel. Please don't waste your money, find somewhere else. It's a beautiful island!!

Come agli altri ospiti anche a noi è stato comunicato qualche giorno prima dell'arrivo che non avrebbero potuto servirci la colazione ma che ci avrebbero rimborsato 5€ a testa. Peccato che comunque diano la possibilità di colazione al bar della piscina dove i prezzi sono alle stelle. A oltre un mese dal soggiorno non hanno ancora restituito i soldi nonostante i solleciti e le mail. Disonesti, scorretti e assolutamente sconsigliati

Excellent stay! The room was very spacious and comfortable. It had a nice balcony, which I really enjoyed. The hotel arranged pickup from the port, and they also dropped us off at the port for departure. The hotel was a short walk to several restaurants, cafes, bars, beaches, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
