I had a terrible experience at shivansh hotel. The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. Hotel Staff Dinesh Chaudhary (on Reception) was very unprofessional and rude, uncooperative person. They cheated me by inflating the room rent, charged much more than what was originally agreed upon. When I questioned them about the additional charges, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Also, Because for argument by this person I missed my morning darshan. He said I am not responsible for your luggage here go with luggage. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the lack of transparency made my stay very uncomfortable. I would not recommend (specially with family) shivansh hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to stay. This kind of dishonesty and poor customer service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

We had booked a room for 4 adults. The room did not have any ventilation or window so lights were always on. The bedroom was not at all clean and the bed sheets had stains. On initial complains the staff was even rude and said that this is clean whereas even after changing the bed sheets the same were dirty and had stains. Soaps were not provided even after regular complaints. The food which was asked to be sent to room was sent in parcel without any plates. Since we had paid the complete amount upfront the same was not refundable which was the only reason we continued with our stay whereas there were multiple families who had only paid 25% and so could go away. Not sure why mm t was asking for full payment upfront. This is definitely a 1 star experience out of 5 and would not recommend for people with family.

Room was clean and good for 4 people. I have booked 2 rooms i. E. 1 : 4bed, 1: 2 bed. Bathroom was of small size, hot water was there timing for hot water is 4 to 10 in the morning. Rest facilities were not provided like drinking water, soap, oil, was taking extra charge for it.

Rooms are bit small but have required facilities. Bathroom is spacious and hygienic with proper cleaning. Ataff behaviour was very helping and cooperative. Location is also very good.

Staff ka guest ke samane bolane ka tarika baht galat hai. Family sath koi bhi is hotel me mat jana. Pehle to room room karke bu-late hai fir baht hi kharab service dete hai.

1) rooms are spacious and good. 2) bathroom is also average good
3) they provide only 1 very small soap, when we ask them 1 more soap for bathing they denied and we have to purchase it from market. 4) they don't provide ro water, you have to buy water bottles. Very bad, because ro water is must in hotels. Taste of tap water is bad.
