The Singular Patagonia

The Singular Patagonia is a uniquely beautiful hotel with an incredible and attentive staff. From the moment you drive up to the reception area, you know this place is special. The rooms and bathrooms are lovely, comfortable and spacious, and the museum portion is well integrated with the hotel. Then the dining/bar area takes it all to another level. It is one of the most gorgeous spaces I have ever entered. Service was impeccable, and the food and drink delicious. Overall, the Singular was one of our family's best hotel stays ever! Highly recommend!!!

The Singular is the terrific combination of old and new, design forward yet comfortable. The pictures, as all pictures of Patagonia, are accurate but can't reveal the scale of the beauty. When you walk into your room, a room that would be lovely on its own, you are momentarily stunned by the spectacular view out your window...which is really a glass wall to the outside. Quickly, though, you want to explore the surroundings, have a drink or a pot of tea in the bar...maybe play some cards while you are hanging out, and prepare yourself for the excursions the following days. We were able to do three different excursions, all of which were led by knowledgeable and friendly tour guides---and included vast amounts of food and drink for lunch, Breakfast buffet was bountiful and tasty including eggs cooked to order. Every staff member we dealt with was helpful and friendly without being obsequious. As someone who lives in a converted mill, I particularly appreciated the design aspects of the hotel. How they maintained the sense of factory as they made a luxury hotel was of interest to me. It did lead to people's having to walk through some unheated parts to get to breakfast which, after the first morning, was managed by wearing a sweater. The huge window had much smaller windows on each side which you could open to help if the room got too warm. These were minor issues in a venue that enveloped you with such thoughtful comfort.

Fantastic experience, great hotel & accommodations. Unforgettable tours & expeditions. The rooms have great views, the food is outstanding, and the staff is beyond kind. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. The Calafate sour is the best one that I have ever tasted.

If I could give ten stars on this review, I will. Mark from the Concierge Desk went above and beyond to ensure I enjoy my stay at the hotel as well as my trip in Chile. I unfortunately lost my cellphone at the Santiago airport before boarding my flight to Puerto Natales. After arriving at Singular Patagonia late in the afternoon, I asked for help to buy a new phone before going to the park on the second day. Mark immediately realized that because the 2nd day was Easter holiday, and stores would be closed, I only had less than one hour to ensure I have a phone during the trip. He called the electronic stores to ensure they were open and the type of phone I looked for was available. A taxi was arranged to drive me to the electronic store and drive me back after i complete the purchase. Because of Mark and the team, my trip in Chile completed with sweet memorable and good pictures. Singular Patagonia will always be my 1st choice when visiting Puerto Natales again. What's more: The view from the room was stunning, even more beautiful than the picture shows. The breakfast offerings were nutritious and convenient to start a day. Thank you, Mark. Delightful experience from beginning to end. Friendly, courteous staff; facilities extremely clean & well maintained; and fabulous food (even if it was overly generous). We would stay here again anytime we’re in the area! Great base of operations for exploring Patagonia.

Respectful restoration and historical preservation, and stunning natural beauty accessible from tours organised from the hotel , the repurposing of a historic building was wonderful and created the best feeling of comfort and luxury, 5star service all the way
