Our grandson is only two years old, but the customer service was excellent and there were no problems at all. He had plenty of fun! We booked a room with flowing water right in front of it, just like the one we had at Niki Club. It's about a three-minute walk to the dining area, but it wasn't a problem at all. It's simply the best! Top class! The hot springs are great, and the open-air bath makes you feel as if you're one with nature. Meals are served buffet style. We'll visit again."

"The value for money was terrible. The room was narrow and had many steps, making it difficult to use. The lighting could not be adjusted and the duvet was heavy. This is a very personal comment, but the mirrors in the bathroom and dressing room were facing each other, which was horrifying. Recently many inns have installed coffee machines, but not everyone likes coffee. Why not use that space to provide an electric kettle like T-fal, or provide tea bags or green and black tea cartridges that can be used in the coffee machines? The dining area was semi-private, and the other guests were so noisy and rowdy that it was impossible to enjoy a meal in peace. After we entered the room, serving stopped for an hour because they had grilled food, so we ran out of food and our drinks didn't go down well, which was disappointing. The food, both in the evening and in the morning, was disappointing. I was hoping for seasonal local food, but...the cold red fish that had been grilled beforehand in the morning was grilled again at the table? The meat would have become tough... I guess it depends on your taste, but the miso soup in the small pot was too salty and inedible, so the only thing I could eat for breakfast was the hot spring rice porridge, which was sad. For 60,000 yen for this, it was too much. My choice of accommodation on the last day of my 3-night, 4-day autumn trip was a big mistake. Obviously, I won't be returning."
