The day we arrived the bell man took us to our room #1558 and there was a black pail with vomit it. We thought he would take care of it but that didn’t happen. The next day we spoke to a woman in a blue suit with an employee tag on and she said she would take care of it. Later came back to the room and it was still there. I called housekeeping and said that it would be taken care of. That did not happen. I went down to the front desk and spoke to a very nice young woman and she called housekeeping and told them the situation and when I got back from the pool, it was finally done. Btw this took three days to get resolved.
The ice machine was broken so I had to go up to the 16th floor to get ice. I called room service to deliver some ice but they never came. I had to get ice the entire time I was there.
Won’t be coming back….spent way too much money on the level of service that was supposed to be first class. So very disappointed.
