Swiss Traffalgaar Luxury Hotels

I have used this venue for 3 of the big events in life and let me start by saying I had a worst experience it left me with bad taste. I would like to describe what happen in each event 1. During my event on May 10, 2022 -＞ The name was Jupitar at that time. there was no water in the rooms for my guest to get refresh and that delayed the whole event by 90 mins. Food quality is very poor, and Service is not at all good, noone is helping every one is wondering what needs to be done. Billing is done incorrectly. 2. During my event on Dec 17, 2023 - Name and Management both changed this time. There was another event booked which threw me and my guest our plans, there was choas and it took us an hour to sort this. 3. During my event on March 17, 2023 - As summer was right around the corner we book the AC hall and guess what they didnt started the AC, nobody know how to resolve starting the AC unit. They struggled for 2 hours and gave up. Service is very poor. Beware of person name Pooja she will overcomming and underdelivered. I think neither the management or servants care about Customer, I would never recomment this place. To sum up managements aim is to lets do the things as much as possible which can disrupt/damage Customer's event and their image. I would rather donate my money than celebrating event here.

Extremely Poor Services I stayed here for 1 day and the experience was extremely poor. 1) The TV was not working in the room. I made 10 calls over 5 hours and then sat at the reception area only then they resolved the issue, that too after making multiple excuses. 2) There is no wifi reception in the rooms so do not hope to get any work done in the room. 3) There was no room service as they told me that when there is a function going on in the hotel they close room service. Thats why they took 2 hours to get us 2 glasses. 4) Poorly maintained room.The chair's back was broken and the sofa's seat was sagged. 5) At their Kings Cafe I ordered aloo parantha for breakfast. Again there was no manpower there. It took them 30 - 40 mins to make it. There was only 1 waiter serving all the tables. I requested to get a little salt and got it another 30 mins later. 6) The hotel reception did not even had contact number of a taxi provider. Overall do not waste your money on this hotel as they just claim to be luxury. The amenities and services do not justify the high room prices at all. I would suggest everyone to avoid this hotel.

The hotel does not have any proper swimming pool as the one shown in those images is just a fountain pool with dirty water. They have evening and night wedding functions in the hotel's compound with loud music which disturbs the guests. The rooms have a landline extension phone which doesn't work. Sometimes the washroom water heater doesn't work at all. Housekeeping is pathetic. None of the TV channels were working. In fact the hotel asked us (guests) to recharge the TV channels for watching them. For every little thing one has to follow-up with the reception. The only good thing about the hotel is the ambience and buffet. That's all!

Hotel stay was really amazing All the staff is very courteous and make our stay memorable Front office staff is really helpfull specially mr pratham and meet helped us Will definitely come here again There rooms are good and maintained properly

nice place to relax and get away from busy life...hotel is in good location nice. full of activities on weekends ..safe and clean...rooms are very nice and clean. fresh smell in all areas even toilets...good touch and details ...breakfast is awesome coffee shop buffets are excellent wide Verity of food choices and very warm staff chef at egg station is welcoming. stake house food tastes excellent and good choices of drinks to offer...staffs are very accommodating for kids needs and there special food choices appreciated a lot and special thanks to them.
