空港から近くて便利です。 マツキヨもあって特に困る方がなかったです。

飯店舊了一些，但是飯店內還有超商跟一些免稅商店可以逛還是不錯的，還有機場巴士接送很方便，剛好我們的房間還可以看到飛機起降真是不錯

The hotel is located quite near to the airport but not easy to walk there. But the hotel provides shuttle bus to/from airport all 3 terminals. Quite many timings. The room is quite big considering it is twin room. The shuttle bus service is good & the bus is big enough to carry many passengers & our luggages. If must complaint about something, it would be the service person handling our check-in. Maybe there are too many customers & language barrier, he seems impatient to answer our queries on the shuttle bus schedule. But that's just me trying & squeezing out some issues.

酒店舒適，房間夠大，但是廁所有點殘舊，近機場很方便

酒店有機場接送服務，這個相當方便！就是吃東西比較不方便，衹有酒店內部叫餐，都會送到房間。有中西餐。這個酒店對比東京市區房間大很多，舒服多了哈哈。

Good accommodation and service

在T3客運大樓邊上，雖然有接駁班車可是等待時間有點長，看看google map走過去需要用10分鐘左右，所以就走過去啦。就是晚上一個人會有點可怕，太黑了沒有路燈。酒店接待處説是有華人禮遇，但事實上我們也沒有遇到説中文的，還好還能用英文溝通，接待人員也是很熱絡的介紹酒店設施和班車服務，進入房間感覺還是挺大的，但是並不像是2023年裝修的，可能衹是局部某些方面裝修了吧，總之很多設施都是挺陳舊的，衞生間的衞浴和淋浴公用浴盆，房間裏面沒有可以喝的水，在酒店大堂找了一下也是沒有，幸好自帶了飲料！早上用了免費到客運大樓的班車服務，服務很好，這個必須贊，第一天到的晚了或者第二天要趕早班航班的，可以入住，畢竟價格合適去客運大樓也很方便！

청결도 최상! 방 아주 넓어요. 3번째 이용중인데 굉장히 만족합니다. 뷔페도 매우 맛있어요. 공항근처라서 아침 비행기인 분들에게 추천합니다.

間房好大，地理位置優越，好近成田機場，仲有接駁巴士接送每半個鐘一班，方便搭早機出發嘅人。員工服務態度好

Hotel nearby Narita Airport Terminal 3 & 2 . walking distance can reach( is about 500 -800 meters far from T3 & T2) But it is around 3 km to T3. Hotel provided free shuttle bus service return Airport and hotel from early morning 5 am till midnight 0020 . But not available at T3, you can walk to Terminal 2 ( 8 minutes walking distance) to get the bus at T2, 1F , bus stop no 25 easily. At T1: 1F , at bus stop no 16 . For food, more choice at T3, there is a big food court in T3, and LAWSON also there. The shuttle bus schedule as below.
