飯店位在成田市的中心，交通方便，附近買東西都很方便。房間裡面雖然空間比較小，但是乾淨整潔，早餐也還不錯喔！

Comfortable and clean room. Having a night stay and having a good rest in the room. The airport transfer is awesome.

酒店就在京城鐵路站下兩層路邊的位置，走8分鐘左右就到，附近有便利店，走到京城鐵路站另一邊很多食店，還有巴士可到達 Aeon Mega mall。但其實酒店走路10分鐘也有一個細的 Aeon Mall, 感覺比大的mall 還好。 沿路是開滿櫻花的粟屋公園，很美。 酒店房間大小適中乾淨，只是浴室的燈光比較昏暗，喜歡Richmond提供Pola 的護膚品和面膜都很好用。住了兩天都睡得不錯。 有機會還會再入住。

Close to a bunch of shops, so great for any last day healthcare/makeup shopping. Metro st is also pretty close, but about an hour away from Tokyo, so might not be ideal for daily trips. They provide free transfer to the airport, but only until 11 AM, so be mindful of that.

สถานที่ตั้งโรงแรมใกล้รถไฟฟ้ามากเหมาะกับคนที่จะเดินทางด้วยเครื่องบินต่อ มีห้องสำหรับมีห้องสำหรับครอบครัวสะอาดกว้างอุปกรณ์ครบ อาหารเช้าหลากหลายรสชาติดี ถ้ามีโอกาสจะพักที่นี่อีก

房間被安排在 清潔室 工具間 對面，一早就是 大聲開關門，非常的不開心這樣的打擾，不是一個飯店應該有的管理方式。

Close to the station, free shuttle bus to the airport but sadly it was full for us

Majoituspaikan vastaus: Thank you for staying at the Richmond Hotel Narita.Our hotel provides only 5 shuttle buses to Narita Airport in the morning, which is a convenient service for those who fly in early in the morning.However, the number of seats is limited due to the number of microbuses in operation. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis from those who arrive for check-in.For those who requested a time when the bus was full, we will offer other means of transportation such as trains and cabs.We are very sorry to hear that you were not able to use our service this time due to the full seating capacity.Thank you very much for taking the time to write this review.All of us look forward to seeing you again at Narita on another occasion.Sincerely yours
