Oli keilaa ja kuppeja kuppilaatikossa, mutta ei todella puhdas ja oli peseydyttävä ennen käyttöä. Ovi soitti ja henkilöstö sanoi akkujen oli juokseva tasainen ja tarvitsi muuttua. Ovi ei toiminut ennen kuin tämä oli tehty. En pitänyt siitä, että vessa ja keittiö jakavat sen, koska se ei olisi puhdistanut puhdistaa pussiin."

"The access code provided to us would not work to access the room we had been assigned. By chance, we happened to try the code on the next room over (as the car park was empty and the motel appeared empty) - and our code had been programmed to the room next door, which was dirty - towels on the floor, bed unmade, rubbish and food on the floor. We had to call the reception number 5 times before anyone answered and there was no apology or care for the inconvenience while we had been standing outside in the cold and dark unable to access our room or contact anyone for assistance. The rooms are small, bed uncomfortable, there were watermarks on the bathroom floor indicating it had not been mopped, spilled food in the bedroom that had not been wiped up, lots of noise from the highway, and a sign stating that if the steam from the shower sets off the smoke alarm you’ll be charged $500, yet no extraction fan in the bathroom 🤔"
