The hotel was great. In a central location, but quite in the room. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff all so friendly and helpful. The room was a good size for the 4 of us too.

Excellent small hotel with perfect service and hospitality. Hidden away but right in the middle of the action on Via Toledo. Highly recommended!

We had a delightful stay at Hotel Napoli Mia the staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel were beautiful and well kept with a peaceful, quaint and welcoming atmosphere. We would highly recommend them for a stay in Naples and would definitely stay again if we ever go back there.

Very nice place! Great location, amazing service - breakfast in particular was spectacular, staff was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would stay here again.

The hotel is just a floor in a building The suite room is fine, the breakfast ok despite the lack of fruit, the staff is perfect, but the outside noise complicates everything

Small elevator and lots of stairs The property was nice however it would have been helpful to know that there are a lot of stairs to climb if you are uncomfortable in very small old elevators. Other than that the property was nice and the breakfast was good. Please note that this property is on a main street where people party until early in the morning and you can hear that in the room.

Exceeds Expectations The Ladies that greeted us were a joy. We received emails with great instructions to prepare for our Naples arrival. The room exceeded expectations. We were in the heart of Naples culture ar this locale.

Ho sempre pensato che la Norvegia fosse il Paese delle fiabe e delle leggende. Fino a quando nn sono stata a Napoli Mia. Il Bon ton regna sovrano. E l hotel è pieno di "magia" proprio come nelle favole. La sala per la colazione incantevole. Chiudi gli occhi ed esprimi un desiderio....

We stayed here for one night after flying into Naples. The staff was great. The gentleman who checked us in, called the day prior to our arrival to see when we’re were coming. They even kept out breakfast for us because our arrival was supposed to be very early, however I flight was delayed. They were also super helpful in telling us how to get a taxi without getting ripped off. The room was super clean and comfortable. Even on the busy street it was quiet while sleeping.
