Beware that this B&B is really an Airbnb/Vrbo type of place – no one is there to man the reception like a regular hotel or B&B. We booked this place as our flight was scheduled to arrive in Naples around 10 pm and we did not want the trouble of finding an Airbnb type of lodging which might be difficult to locate/get into in the middle of the night. The fact our stay includes breakfast every morning kind of assured us that it is a real B&B. What a mistake I made! A few days before our arrival at Suite Cuorenapoletano (SC), I emailed the place and inquired about our late arrival – if it would be any trouble. I was assured that there would not be any problem and they would send us “self-check-in” instructions. Fabrizio from SC did send us self-check-in instructions when I contacted them again through WhatsApp. Well, the instructions also showed that the breakfast included is at a nearby Café. The problem came when our flight from London to Naples got delayed a couple of hours due to bad weather. We sent a message to Fabrizio to notify him of our delayed arrival. The shock came when we arrived at Naples airport and turned on the phone: we were notified that the main gate to the building needed someone to buzz us in remotely and it would be too late to do that. We were told to stay near the airport, and they will reimburse us. It was already past midnight… we had no choice but frantically did Google searches and found a motel where someone actually answered the phone and had availability at that hour. However, it turned out the motel was in Casoria and it cost us 40 euros to get to. Long be hold, we finally started our stay at SC the next day for 3 nights and never saw any staff at the reception area. All communications were to Fabrizio through WhatsApp. He was responsive, and his management finally refunded us the cost of the motel stay after my several requests. Nevertheless, this forced change of plan brought stress and extra cab fee to us. We were also led to believe that they would reimburse us the missed overnight stay at SC, too, as they did not let us in. When we mentioned that we will include this problem in our review, Fabrizio threatened us that he will call ******* that “you are a guest with bad behavior, and I will ask for compensation at your expense”??

Ho trovato questa sistemazione quasi per caso, che dire, sistemazione fantastica, camera pulita, organizzazione perfetta. Sono stata seguita passo passo . La camera è comodissima per spostarsi verso il centro a piedi ed è vicinissima alla fermata metro Duomo.

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni, ci siamo trovati molto bene, ambienti e camera accogliente, ordinata e pulita. Il proprietario Fabrizio sempre presente per qualsiasi necessità di molto cordiale. Esperienza da ripetere per ulteriori conferme

We were arriving late, but he had told us something about "self-check in" so we didn't worry about it. When our plane from London to Naples was delayed, we let Fabrizio know that we would be arriving even later than we had said previously. When we arrived in Naples after midnight, there was a message from Fabrizio. Apparently someone was going to buzz us in, maybe him, but since we were arriving so late, that wouldn't happen. We could find another place on the spot, after midnight, and begin our stay at his place the following day. BUT! He would reimburse us for the day we didn't stay and cover our stay at an alternate hotel. At least that was our interpretation of his message which was in somewhat broken English. It was very difficult to find a hotel after midnight, but eventually we did. In addition to the cost of the hotel, we had to pay 40 Euros for the cab fare to get there, and of course another cab fare the next day to get to Fabrizio's place. After much to and fro, Fabrizio eventually reimbursed us for the cheaper hotel we stayed at the first night, about half the price of his place. But he never reimbursed us for the night we WERE NOT ALLOWED TO STAY at his place. Nor for the extra cab fare. When my wife indicated we would write a review, he threatened to get us in trouble with ******* if we wrote a bad review! Well now we're each writing bad reviews. Feel free, Fabrizio. You are a dishonorable man. That's just a fact.

Molta disponibilità, ottima stanza, vicino alla stazione ma la notte non rumoroso. Stanze da 2, sia letto matrimoniale che letti singoli, doccia spaziosa con scelta per caduta dall'alto che soffione, B&B vicino alla famosa pizzeria da Michele.

Camera super confortevole. Pulizia eccellente. Possibilità di farsi una tisana in camera e il caffè nella sala comune. Ottima posizione per visitare la città anche a piedi. Torneremo sicuramente. Carla è Walter

Hele nette en schone B&B, prima bed en mooi sanitair. De eigenaar Fabrizio is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij regelt ook transfer naar het vliegveld. De B&B is gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van alles wat je wilt gaan doen in Napels. Kortom een dikke aanrader!

trovato questa struttura navigando in internet, che dire, posizione strategica vicino alla metto con fermata Duomo, camere ampie, nuove, super pulite e insonorizzazione davvero top! Fabrizio è venuto a prenderci in aeroporto al nostro arrivo per portarti all’alloggio, davvero gentile, ci ha dato dei consigli ottimi per girare Napoli in pochi giorni. Consiglio assolutamente, ci torneremo! Bravi ragazzi!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 meravigliosi giorni a Napoli. Questo B&B è stato comodissimo sotto tutti gli aspetti: a pochi passi dalla stazione Garibaldi e a una ventina di minuti a piedi dal centro di Napoli... camera nuova, accogliente e pulitissima... Giorgia è stata gentilissima e ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo. Torneremo sicuramente!
