Delco Naples

We booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house. There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price. We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa. Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apartments actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view) Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house) Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed. Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay. Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread. The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more.. Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us. If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you Massimo and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

Non esiste un posto migliore in cui soggiornare nel cento di Napoli. Conosciuta per caso nel 2019 Delco Naples è diventata la mia seconda casa per tutte le volte in cui torno in città! Le stanze sono bellissime, pulitissime e provviste di ogni comfort. Gestione eccezionale! Il palazzo oltre che essere di bella presenza e curato presenta guardia 24 ore su 24. La posizione è strategica.

Delco has well maintained rooms, in a secure location, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent communication prior to stay, answering any questions quickly. Suggested their trusted taxi driver for our airport transfers. He was reasonably priced and very accomodationg, especially as our flight was delayed meaning we were quite late arriving in the evening. Hotel ensured someone was at reception to great us and show us the apartment. We were able to store luggage safely after check out so we could continue to enjoy Naples further before our flight. Delco is in a great location in a calmer area of Naples, but only a short stroll into the main tourist areas, allowing access to the main sights without staying in the hustle and bustle of the crowded streets, which might be overwhelming for some. Choice of lovely bars and resturants in the area. We stayed in the suites, which gave us plenty of room. The layout with the two sleeping areas separated by a breakfast bar, allowed us to share a room with teenage son, without feeling we were all cramped together. Kitchenette available if wishing to cook. Well maintained, modern bathroom facilities. Overall a great choice for a stay in Naples close to the main sites but in a quieter, less crowded neighbourhood

Sono stata qui due volte, la prima nel giugno del 2019 la seconda a maggio del 2022. Mi sono sempre trovata molto bene. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. L’appartamento è molto spazioso, completo di letti comodissimi, un bel bagno grande e una piccola vasca idromassaggio. Posizione eccellente a meno di cinque minuti a piedi dal mare e da via Toledo in pieno centro storico. Ottima esperienza di accessibilità, con mio fratello disabile in carrozzina ci hanno fatto trovare tutto molto comodo, anche delle comode rampe in appartamento per superare con facilità i due scalini che ci sono uno dopo la porta d’ingresso e l’altro per entrare in bagno. Tutto perfetto, ci torneremo sicuramente!!

Il Sig. Massimo è gentile e disponibile. Ha fornito molte indicazioni su Chiaia e dintorni. B&B in posizione molto comoda e strategica, a pochissimi minuti dal lungomare Caracciolo. Camera e bagno di buone dimensioni, pulita, con tutti i comfort. Colazione disponibile al bar, vicinissimo alla struttura. Consigliatissimo!

I will admit, being from the Philadelphia suburbs, Delco Naples caught my eye because I live next to Delaware County Pennsylvania (Delco) and thought it was amusing. That being said, we were looking for a place in the Chiaia neighborhood. We wanted a suite with a fridge, a kitchenette, and air conditioning. Delco fit the bill. Massimo, the host, was very helpful even before we arrived, He arranged our pick up from the Naples airport. The place is a little tricky to find (it’s down a side street, then through a parking lot, up to the 3rd floor). Once here, we loved our room. Exactly what we wanted. The gentleman that cleans the rooms did a great job keeping the place tidy. It’s conveniently located, and Massimo was available via WhatsApp throughout our visit. We even had them do our laundry (€6 per bag), which arrived in less than a day perfectly clean and folded. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I make it back to Naples. Bravo, Massimo, bravo!

Posizione eccellente, vicino a via Chiaia, piazza Vittoria ed al lungomare. Ambiente e gestione come in un albergo di buona categoria. Competenza e grande disponibilità del gestore, signor Massimo. Ottima soluzione per una vacanza familiare, ma anche per altre occasioni.

Davvero un soggiorno molto molto piacevole. Il signore ci ha accolto davvero benissimo, la camera dove abbiamo soggiornato davvero bellissima e super pulita. Per qualsiasi informazione potevi chiedere a loro che gentilmente ti aiutavano! Posizione davvero fantastica, praticamente in centro, da piazza plebiscito al b&b esattamente 5 minuti a piedi, e cinque minuti nella via dello shopping quindi molto piacevole! Davvero grazie mille ancora, È sicuramente, Ci torneremo!
