The hotel is placed in the old town and due to that you may expect not everything is new. You get 3 keys, one for the gate, actually it’s a tiny door in the gate. One for the floor door, and at last one for the room. The room which was in two floors divided by iron stairs, with bathroom upstairs, and living room and kitchen downstairs. The kitchen is small, my opinion it is too small, and the equipment is of older date. I was missing an oven and a toaster for bread. And i was missing power outlets. As said the hotel (apartment) is placed in the old city, but it seems to be in a very touristy location. There are people everywhere, scooters and cars, and the Italian people are high-pitched, and are shouting to each other. When we arrived we were met by a nice and friendly receptionist who explained everything well. The cleaning staff is very friendly and helpful.

Foi dos melhores apartamentos onde até agora estivemos em todas as nossas viagens pelo mundo fora. Os apartamentos tem todo o equipamento para uma estadia em Napoles. Está muito bem localizado no centro histórico de Nápoles no entanto não se houve o barulho da cidade no apartamento. Tem limpeza diária e reposição de águas e sumos, o que não é hábito. Fomos muito bem recebidos e deram-nos boas indicações para a nossa estadia.

Myself and two friends arrived here for three nights. We received a friendly and warm welcome on arrival. The room was second to none, very modern and air-conditioning and shower were superb. Kitchenettes were fully equipped. Rooms were cleaned every day and plenty of towels provided. Beds were very comfortable. Every query from unlocking the safe to booking a taxi for the airport was dealt with immediately and in a friendly manner. We felt completely safe as there was a big door leading to main entrance, another door leading to second floor where our apartment was and a door to our room which were all only accessible by key. I would highly recommend staying here when coming to Napoli!

No es hotel ni aparthotel ni hostal ni establecimiento hotelero alguno. Se trata de una habitación (que está bien), un cuchitril que llaman recepción siempre cerrada, y un teléfono. Una vez superada la impresión inicial, asumes dónde estás y disfrutas sus ventajas: la habitación, como decía, está bien, amplia y limpia. La ubicación es excepcional, en el medio del centro histórico; a un paso, por ejemplo, del maravilloso Cristo velado lo que resulta conveniente para hacer la cola de primera hora de la mañana. Te dejan en la nevera siempre agua y alguna otra cosa gratis. Terminas haciéndote al sitio y considerándolo tu casa en Nápoli.

I have just spent two days at one of the flats in Palazzo d’Auria with two friends. The venue is right in the heart of Naples, a perfect location to reach every attraction of the city. The flat was elegant and with everything you need. The service was fantastic, warm and professional. I could not recommend it more for anybody willing to spend some time in Naples.
