Edgewater Beach Hotel

Everything about my stay was impeccable. Despite recently enduring a hurricane, the hotel was clean and staff was extremely accommodating. The hotel offered to let us change our reservation, but decided to go as planned and were amazed at how much had already been cleaned up, with people working diligently to get the hotel back to 100%. The resort fee is well worth it with plentiful chairs and towels beachside, and Fiji water replenished daily as well as turn down service with chocolates. A variety of fresh baked cookies are offered daily from 2-4pm as well. The restaurant was one of my favorites in Naples, with surf and turf options to please any palette, as well as healthy options and a great kids menu (my son loved the chicken fingers and fries). We ate by the pool as well as in the restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool overlooking the ocean. The beach was nice as well, though there was more construction and cleanup due to the hurricane. The rooms are beautifully appointed with coastal architecture and a tasteful beach theme. I really appreciated having a kitchenette as well. Possibly the only complaint would be the pillows being flat and too squishy for my taste, but I have that complaint at most hotels. We will be back for sure.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The location is great. We have stayed her several times. The resort is right on the beach and there are two pools. We love staying in the lanai suites. It’s great access to the pools, beach bar and the beach. The bar staff is very friendly, Greg, Cory and crew are great. The beach attendants are very accommodating as well. Food is very good also. The hotel is close to fifth ave, where there is wonderful restaurants and great shopping. They have a complimentary shuttle service van that takes you to and from fifth ave. Jeremy is one of the drivers. He’s so nice and helpful. Recommending places to eat, and giving us his card for when we want to be picked up. You just call to be picked up when you’re done shopping or finished with dinner. We always have a great time staying at this hotel!

stayed with my husband (Michael DiBruno) 9th to the 13. what an amazing place. This was our first time and will be back. Staff were amazing. The place is clean. Love the free parking. We called about the refrigerator and they sent someone up immediately. It was very quiet being the week after lobor day, i can see it getting mobbed but with the staff they have i dont see it being an issue. they are very nice and attentive.

The properties is very beautiful. Services is great except the room we were in. It needs to be repaired. It rained one evening and the bedroom and living room started receiving water from outside and they didn't seem to care. After I complained other than that nice place

We stayed for a weekend June 7th to June 10th, the ocean view suite was very nice, furnishing and decoration outstanding. We bought a package that include beach umbrella and breakfast. We were charged for the umbrella for the first day use because they said that it was included after the second day of stay, we requested a late check out on Monday June 10th with a nearly empty hotel and the rude front desk lady told us the room was going to be occupied by the following guest and refuse tu give us an extended check up to 1 pm. I recommend not to take the package offered on their website, Breakfast is a la carte and they credit only 30 usd per person per day of your check is above that ammount you have to pay the difference

Allen & Joe make your experiense relazing and enjoyable. They will solve any problem you have and get you chilling (or baking) in the sun. My daughter left he iphone in one of the beach beds and the found it and had it waiting at the front desk. The waters and beach views at The Edgewater Resort in Naples is a fanastic way to go on holiday!!

Just enjoyed a 4 day vacation at the Edgewater Beach Resort with my daughter. Everything was great-the views, the room, the beach and the vibe. Shout out to Jeremy for his fantastic recommendations and service. He made the trip that much more special.

We were greeted from the very beginning with a warm and sincere staff, notably, Jeremy. It didn’t stop there. I think it was Patrick at the front desk who also greeted us. Arlene, the manager in dining with got to know through our days there. It’s wonderful to feel that people care and are open to being friendly, the service was excellent. I would have liked the doors on the first floor where we were at to have locked from the outside so I wouldn’t have to go around to the pool but that was minor. I love the open access to the beauty of the nature of the beach, which was only steps away. I will be back.

The Gulf is truly pristine and quiet and warm enough for wading or swimming then back to one of the 2 pools. The food and service is memorable especially the beach staff. Alan you rock! WE LOVED EVERY DAY HERE. Our suite was quiet and we slept comfy each night.
