Hair dryers are provided in each bathroom. - Guest Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with easy access to a second full bathroom with a tub-shower combo. - Additional Sleeping Space: Queen size sleeper sofa in the living area for extra guests. -A comfortable workstation with desk and chair are also provided. -Full size washer/dryer are in the unit. Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining Area: The spacious kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals, featuring stainless steel appliances, a large island, and a cozy dining area. Kitchen is fully stocked with: -Drip and single use coffee maker, toaster, blender, Kitchenaid stand mixer, cookware, dishes, wine glasses, utensils and much more... This unit is in a gated community with a dedicated, covered, parking spot. There is additional unassigned guest parking as well. GUEST ACCESS In addition to the condo, you’ll have access to all the exclusive amenities of the Naples Bay Club, including: - Multiple pools: Relax by the family pool with a waterfall, float down the lazy river, or unwind in the private cabanas or adults-only pool sanctuary. -Pool Chairs, Towels, & Umbrellas are available for free. -ADA Accessible to all resort amenities. - Fitness & Wellness Center: 2,500 sq. ft. facility with Technogym/Peloton equipment, dry saunas, steam rooms, and dressing rooms. - Spa: Treat yourself to a range of massages and facials for the ultimate relaxation. House Rules: To ensure a comfortable stay for all, our property is non-smoking. No pets allowed. Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain a peaceful environment. Cancellation Policy: Please review our cancellation policy before booking. We do not make exceptions based on weather, illness or other emergencies. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
