"Located in the center of Napa, the location is excellent. The hotel service staff is very friendly. After checking in at the front desk, free red wine and snacks are given. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The hotel's public facilities are a bit inferior, and there is no gym. . The lighting in the hotel is also dim and the tone is slightly depressing, perhaps to reflect the combination of American country style and boutique hotel. There is a clear gap with domestic Andaz hotels. The price is still a bit expensive"

"This hotel is super beautiful, it is my Dream House, and the housekeeper Ellen is super nice. She prepared wine for us as soon as we arrived at the hotel. There are welcome snacks at the door, and there is water, biscuits and various cheeses in the refrigerator. The whole place is beautiful, like a hotel in a fairy tale. Chela and Ellen are super nice and make people feel very friendly. I will definitely come back and stay in this hotel next time. This hotel is absolutely stunning, it's my Dream house, and the butler Ellen is super nice, she greeted us with wine as soon as we arrived at the hotel, and there were welcome snacks at the door, and water, small cookies, and various cheeses in the fridge. The whole place is beautiful, like a hotel in a fairy tale, and Chela and Ellen are super nice and make you feel very at ease. I will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again."
