Also on the compound are several acres of planted cabernet franc grapes, maintained by neighboring vineyard Pride Mountain Vineyards and used in their world-class wines, and an outdoor spa overlooking them, complete with a deep soaking tub and shower. The center of the compound is the modern villa. This house has been recently redone by a team of local artists and designers and features beautiful furniture, art and finishes. The villa also features a wrap-around terrace, with views of the vineyard and the olive and fruit trees on the property. The terrace offers a beautiful spot to luxuriate with a glass of wine or enjoy a meal cooked in the villa's chef's kitchen.
