I ended up getting a room completely different from the one I was supposed to get. If the hotel is not able to provide the room that is displayed on booking services, then why display it in the first place. Unlike the room I booked, the room they gave me seemed to have been renovated years ago, was cold and had small windows looking at the parking lot.
