飯店人員很親切，可免費充電電動車，本次住宿一泊二食，晚餐也很美味。整體感覺很棒，湖景房直接可看到日月潭。離纜車站也只要10分鐘的路程，坐船坐纜車都很方便。

有提供晚餐，中規中矩。平日去伊達紹，店家很早就關了，大約七點多。第一排湖景房確實很不錯。建議要選有陽台的房型。

Positives - Great location. Great view of the lake. Comfy king size bed (without sagging!). Super strong shower. Bath tub with jacuzzi overlooking the lake. Golf cart to take us from the car park to the hotel. Room for improvement - No English tea! Average breakfast selection but my wife thinks it's good..

視野、位置佳、高CP值，唯獨房間清潔需優化

房間很大，設備齊全，內有電梯，早餐好吃，重點是服務人員很貼心，隔天遊湖還能先寄放行李，也讓我們買小吃到大廳吃，還主動幫忙丟垃圾，接送我們去停車場，下次有機會還會選擇這間飯店，也會推薦給其他人，感謝8/18~8/19的服務人員。附上10樓觀景台的照片。

風景很美，碼頭就在酒店對面，樓下很方便

everything was okay except that my luggage handle did not work properly after i deposited my luggage with them and they delivered it to my room for me when i checked in afterwards. they denied damaging it but it waa definitely working previously. breakfast was so so, not much variety. room was still quite okay.

無敵湖景，又靠近碼頭和纜車站，樓下就是熱鬧的小吃街，非常之方便。船票和景點票可以直接跟前台購買，便宜些。包含的早餐簡簡單單，似乎我們的口味。贊。 要包車的話可以讓前台幫忙預定，價格差不多。順便說一下島上沒得Uber.
